本实用新型提供一种可调控的背光模组,包括一图像数据采集装置,一用户数据采集装置,一数据分析装置,分别连接至所述图像数据采集装置及所述用户数据采集装置;一控制器,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及一LCD背光源,连接至所述控制器。本实用新型可以根据用户对显示器亮度或色域的需求,利用控制器及控制电路对双色LED芯片分别进行独立控制,以调节LED芯片的开关及光强大小,进而调节整个模组的色域和亮度,实现对色域和亮度的实时有效控制,既可以随时调整色域,又可以平衡亮度,有效提高显示器的画面品质。

本实用新型涉及一种用于液晶显示器的背光模组,特别是一种可调控的背光模组。
背景技术
LCD背光源(BackLight)是位于液晶显示器(LCD)背后的一种光源,它的发光效果将直接影响到液晶显示模块(LCM)视觉效果。
高色域显示是当前显示器设计中共同追求的目标,但是单一的色域以及色彩表现模式已经无法满足客户的多样化需求。一般而言,色彩再现范围越高,光效则越低,即低色域白光具有低色彩再现范围、高光效,而高色域白光具有高色彩再现范围、低光效。也就是说,显示器的色彩再现范围与光效(亮度)是成反比的,因此,如何能实现色域调节,同时又能平衡显示器的亮度,已经成为背光模组设计中的一个重要课题。
现有技术中,LCD显示器中的背光模组,一般采用单色LED芯片(如蓝光芯片),结合单色荧光粉(如黄色荧光粉)或双色荧光粉(如红色荧光粉及绿色荧光粉),以表现出白光效果,其不足之处在于,这种背光模组的显示效果较差、色域较低;还有一种方案是利用双色LED芯片(如蓝光芯片及红光芯片),结合单色荧光粉(如黄色荧光粉)表现出白光效果,其色域较好。然而,上述几种技术方案都没有根据用户对亮度或色域的需求对LED芯片进行独立控制的功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种可调控的背光模组,有效解决现有技术中存在的色域单一、光效较低、可控性差等技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种可调控的背光模组,包括一图像数据采集装置,一用户数据采集装置,一数据分析装置,分别连接至所述图像数据采集装置及所述用户数据采集装置;一控制器,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及一LCD背光源,连接至所述控制器。其中,所述LCD背光源包括至少一LED单元;每一LED单元包括一蓝光芯片及一红光芯片;多个LED单元中所有蓝光芯片依次串联至所述控制器;多个LED单元中所有红光芯片依次串联至所述控制器。
进一步地,所述图像数据采集装置包括一图像亮度采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及一图像色域采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置。
进一步地,所述用户数据采集装置包括一用户亮度采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及一用户色域采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置。
进一步地,所述背光模组还包括一输入设备,连接至所述用户数据采集装置。
进一步地,所述背光模组还可以包括一导光板;所述LCD背光源位于所述导光板侧面;一底部反射板,设于所述导光板下表面;一光学膜片,设于所述导光板上表面;以及一荧光层,设于所述LCD背光源与所述光学膜片之间。所述荧光层位于所述LCD背光源与所述导光板之间,其一侧面贴合于所述LCD背光源,其另一侧面贴合于所述导光板。所述荧光层位于所述导光板与所述光学膜片之间,其一侧面贴合于所述导光板,其另一侧面贴合于所述光学膜片。
进一步地,所述荧光层为黄色荧光粉膜或荧光管。
本实用新型的优点在于,提供一种可调控的背光模组,根据用户对显示器亮度或色域的需求,利用控制器及控制电路对双色LED芯片分别进行独立控制,以调节LED芯片的开关及光强大小,进而调节整个模组的色域和亮度,实现对色域和亮度的实时有效控制,既可以随时调整色域,又可以平衡亮度,有效提高显示器的画面品质。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种可调控的背光模组,包括一图像数据采集装置1、一用户数据采集装置2、一数据分析装置3、控制器4、一LCD背光源5以及一输入设备6。
图像数据采集装置1包括一图像亮度采集模块11,连接至数据分析装置3;用以采集显示器上实时显示图像的亮度数据,并将实时图像的亮度数据传送至数据分析装置3。图像数据采集装置1还包括一图像色域采集模块12,连接至数据分析装置3;用以采集显示器上实时显示图像的色域数据,并将实时图像的色域数据传送至数据分析装置3。
用户数据采集装置2包括一用户亮度采集模块21,连接至数据分析装置3;用以采集用户所需图像亮度数据,并将用户所需亮度数据传送至数据分析装置3。用户数据采集装置2还包括一用户色域采集模块22,连接至数据分析装置3;用以采集用户所需图像色域数据,并将用户所需图像色域数据传送至数据分析装置3。输入设备6连接至用户数据采集装置2,具体地说,分别连接至用户亮度采集模块21及用户色域采集模块22;用以输入用户所需图像数据,包括图像亮度及图像色域。输入设备6可以为键盘或触摸屏。
数据分析装置3主体为一个数据处理器,从图像数据采集装置1、用户数据采集装置2获取上述数据后,对相关数据进行对比分析。数据分析装置3将所述用户所需图像亮度与所述当前图像亮度作对比,其差值即为一图像亮度校正数据(需要调整的亮度值)。假设当前图像亮度为S cd/m2,用户所需图像亮度为T cd/m2;若S大于T,则需要将图像亮度调大(T-S)cd/m2,数据分析装置3根据相关的公式计算需要将通过LCD背光源的电流调大;若S小于T,则需要将图像亮度调小(S-T)cd/m2,数据分析装置3根据相关的公式计算需要将通过LCD背光源的电流调小;若S等于T,则无需做出任何调整。数据分析装置3将所述用户所需图像色域与所述当前图像色域作对比,其差值即为一图像色域校正数据(需要调整的色域值),数据分析装置3根据相关的公式计算需要将通过蓝光芯片和/或红光芯片的电流值调大、调小或不调整。经对比分析及公式计算后,数据分析装置3即可得出需要将通过蓝光芯片的电流值调大或调小或不调,以及将通过红光芯片的电流值调大或调小或不调的分析结论。
LCD背光源5通过控制器4连接至数据分析装置3。LCD背光源5包括至少一LED单元51、52、53……;每一LED单元包括一蓝光芯片及一红光芯片,例如LED单元51包括一蓝光芯片511及一红光芯片512;多个LED单元中所有蓝光芯片依次串联至控制器4,多个LED单元中所有红光芯片依次串联至控制器4,控制器4可以同时控制或调整所有蓝光芯片、所有红光芯片的发光功率。
控制器4的主体为一LED驱动控制电路,控制器4获取数据分析装置3的分析结论,并且向LCD背光源5中的蓝光芯片和/或红光芯片发出控制指令,以调整通过蓝光芯片和/或红光芯片的实时电流值,从而达到调整显示器亮度和/或色域的目的。
如图2所示,本实施例还可以包括一导光板101,LCD背光源5位于导光板101侧面;一底部反射板102,设于导光板101下表面;一光学膜片103,设于导光板101上表面;以及一荧光层104,设于LCD背光源5与光学膜片103之间。荧光层104为黄色荧光粉膜或荧光管,荧光层104也可以为量子点介质层。具体地说,荧光层104可以位于LCD背光源5与导光板101之间,其一侧面贴合于LCD背光源5,其另一侧面贴合于导光板101。只有纯蓝光与纯红光的混光是不能形成白光的,因此需要黄色荧光粉提供纯黄色光。如图3所示,荧光层104还可以位于导光板101与光学膜片103之间,其一侧面贴合于导光板101,其另一侧面贴合于光学膜片103。
本实用新型的技术效果在于,可以根据客户对画面亮度和色域的具体需求,利用控制器及驱动电路对LED芯片的电流及输出功率进行调整,从而及时调整显示器的画面亮度和色域。同时,在不改变LED数量的情况下,增加了单颗LED的亮度,提高了画面品质,而且操作简单,使用方便。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,包括
一图像数据采集装置;
一用户数据采集装置;
一数据分析装置,分别连接至所述图像数据采集装置及所述用户数据采集装置;
一控制器,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及
一LCD背光源,连接至所述控制器;
其中,所述LCD背光源包括至少一LED单元;每一LED单元包括一蓝光芯片及一红光芯片;多个LED单元中所有蓝光芯片依次串联至所述控制器;多个LED单元中所有红光芯片依次串联至所述控制器。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述图像数据采集装置包括
一图像亮度采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及
一图像色域采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述用户数据采集装置包括
一用户亮度采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置;以及
一用户色域采集模块,连接至所述数据分析装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括一输入设备,连接至所述用户数据采集装置。
5.如权利要求1所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括
一导光板,所述LCD背光源位于所述导光板侧面;
一底部反射板,设于所述导光板下表面;
一光学膜片,设于所述导光板上表面;以及
一荧光层,设于所述LCD背光源与所述光学膜片之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述荧光层位于所述LCD背光源与所述导光板之间,其一侧面贴合于所述LCD背光源,与该侧面相对的另一侧面贴合于所述导光板。
7.如权利要求5所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述荧光层位于所述光学膜片与所述导光板之间,其一侧面贴合于所述光学膜片,与该侧面相对的另一侧面贴合于所述导光板。
8.如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的可调控的背光模组,其特征在于,所述荧光层为黄色荧光粉膜或荧光管。
