技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种透镜,尤其涉及一种LED透镜。
背景技术
现有技术中,灯具上的聚光透镜存在聚光效果不佳,LED光通量的利用率低,无法很好地实现聚光的问题。另外,光照方向性差,照射区域性不明显,也就是说照到了不需要的地方。在产生同样光通量的情况下,造成需要照射的区域亮度下降;亮度不均匀,造成了近距离亮、远距离暗的现象,因为光照分布不均匀,为使道路两侧和相邻两灯之间的暗区达到照明标准,所以设计时不得不采用更大功率、更高光通量的光源以满足暗区的照度要求,从而造成了电能的浪费。不能消除眩光现象,所谓眩光现象是指当人们观察某一视觉对象时,如果视场中有一耀眼的发光点,就会影响观察效果,而且会使人感到不舒适。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供聚光均匀、亮度高、无眩光的一种聚光LED透镜。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种聚光LED透镜,其特征在于:包括镜片和底座,所述镜片设有出光面和入光面,所述出光面为平面,所述入光面为弧形凸面,所述入光面上均匀的设置有数个锥台,所述锥台的大端与所述入光面相连接;所述镜片入光面侧设有环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘上设有数个环形卡槽;所述底座设有与所述环形卡槽相适应的环形凸台,所述底座和所述镜片之间设有容置腔,所述容置腔的下部为喇叭形腔,所述喇叭形腔的内侧表面均匀设置有多个弧形凸起,所述数个弧形凸起的表面为反射面。
作为优选的技术方案,所述环形卡槽为矩形槽,所述环形凸台为矩形凸台。
作为优选的技术方案,所述环形卡槽为锯齿形槽,所述环形凸台为锯齿形凸台。
由于采用了上述技术方案,底座上喇叭形全反射面对光进行汇聚,充分收集、利用光能并反射到入光面上。光经过弧形凸面进入透镜,经过透镜的再次汇聚作用从出光面射出,光照均匀、柔和,亮度高。本实用新型聚光效果好,光能利用率高,光源的散热性好,利于延长光源的使用寿命,节约成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种聚光LED透镜,包括镜片1和底座2,所述镜片1设有出光面5和入光面6,所述出光面5为平面,所述入光面6为弧形凸面。所述入光面6上连续的设有数个锥台12,所述锥台12与所述入光面6相连接部位为大端。所述镜片1入光面6侧设有环形凸缘7,所述环形凸缘7上设有数个环形卡槽8。所述底座2设有与所述环形卡槽相适应的环形凸台9,装配时,在凸台9上涂覆粘性涂料,将底座卡入镜片的卡槽8内。所述环形卡槽8可为矩形槽,相应的,所述环形凸台9为矩形凸台。亦或者,所述环形卡槽8为锯齿形槽,相应的,所述环形凸台9为倒锯齿凸台。为了方便安装,可在底座上设置安装柱11,安装时,只需把底座卡入定位即可。由于设置有数道环形槽8与凸台9,能有效的放水。所述底座2和所述镜片1之间设有容置腔,所述容置腔上部为圆柱形腔4,所述容置腔的下部为喇叭形腔3,所述喇叭形腔3的内侧表面均匀设置设有多个弧形凸起10,所述数个弧形凸起10的表面为反射面,可将光线反射到入光面6上。
光源发出的射向侧面的光被有效的收集反射而进入入光面6,所述入光面6上连续的设有数个锥台12,所述锥台12对光进行折射汇聚;汇聚后的光经出光面射出。经过底座2的汇聚作用以及镜片1的汇聚折射,光被有效的汇聚且分布均匀,光亮柔和,无眩光。
本实用新型底座上喇叭形全反射面对光进行汇聚,充分收集、利用光能,增强照射亮度。汇聚后的光经过弧形凸面进入透镜,光被再次汇聚然后从出光面射出,光照均匀、柔和,亮度好,无眩光。本实用新型聚光效果好,光能利用率高,光源的散热性好,有效的延长了光源的使用寿命。
