Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种灵活防滚PVC管，属于管件领域；其解决了现有PVC管易滚动的问题。本实用新型包括PVC材料制成的圆形管体，还包括矩形支撑板，支撑板一边上设有呈C形的缺口槽，缺口槽槽口朝上设置，缺口槽槽壁上设有防滑垫，还包括两根橡皮绳，两根橡皮绳一端分别与缺口槽两侧槽壁固定，且管体外壁底部贴合在缺口槽槽壁上，且两根橡皮绳另一端相互可拆卸连接固定，并贴合管体外壁顶部设置。由于管体呈圆形，因此将管体外壁底部贴合在缺口槽槽壁上，之后将两根橡皮绳另一端进行连接，并贴合管体外壁顶部设置，使管体稳定固定在缺口槽内，而支撑板为矩形，因此起到了防滚的效果，而且还可以与外径不同的管体进行配合使用。

本实用新型属于管件技术领域，涉及一种灵活防滚PVC管。
背景技术
PVC管因其材质轻、阻燃及防酸碱性效果好、加工简单方便等特点，在工程上得到了广泛应用。但是现有的PVC管的截面多为圆形，使用时不稳定，容易滚动，一般需要在两侧安装固定位置，增加了施工成本，降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供了一种放置更加稳定，避免滚动，且能固定不同管径管体的灵活防滚PVC管。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种灵活防滚PVC管，包括PVC材料制成的圆形管体，其特征在于：还包括矩形支撑板，支撑板一边上设有呈C形的缺口槽，缺口槽槽口朝上设置，缺口槽槽壁上设有防滑垫，还包括两根橡皮绳，两根橡皮绳一端分别与缺口槽两侧槽壁固定，且管体外壁底部贴合在缺口槽槽壁上，且两根橡皮绳另一端相互可拆卸连接固定，并贴合管体外壁顶部设置。
由于管体呈圆形，因此将管体外壁底部贴合在缺口槽槽壁上，之后将两根橡皮绳另一端进行连接，并贴合管体外壁顶部设置，使管体稳定固定在缺口槽内，而支撑板为矩形，因此起到了防滚的效果，而且还可以与外径不同的管体进行配合使用。
作为优选，所述的管体外壁固定有若干支撑板，且支撑板上还设有定位孔，还包括定位杆，且定位杆分别依次紧配合穿插在支撑板的定位孔上。
设置定位杆起到了定位的作用，以利用多个支撑板对长度较长的管体进行支撑。
作为优选，所述的定位孔呈缺口状，且定位孔靠近支撑板底部设置。
因此可以方便从定位孔一侧卡入定位杆。
作为优选，所述的定位杆为方形杆，且定位孔为与定位杆配合的方形孔。
因此定位效果更好。
作为优选，所述的两根橡皮绳之间通过卡扣可拆卸连接。
因此连接更加方便。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
由于管体呈圆形，因此将管体外壁底部贴合在缺口槽槽壁上，之后将两根橡皮绳另一端进行连接，并贴合管体外壁顶部设置，使管体稳定固定在缺口槽内，而支撑板为矩形，因此起到了防滚的效果，而且还可以与外径不同的管体进行配合使用。

如图1所示，本灵活防滚PVC管，包括PVC材料制成的圆形管体1，还包括矩形支撑板2，支撑板2一边上设有呈C形的缺口槽3，缺口槽3槽口朝上设置，缺口槽3槽壁上设有防滑垫31，还包括两根橡皮绳32，两根橡皮绳32一端分别与缺口槽3两侧槽壁固定，且管体1外壁底部贴合在缺口槽3槽壁上，且两根橡皮绳32另一端相互可拆卸连接固定，并贴合管体1外壁顶部设置。
进一步的，管体1外壁固定有若干支撑板2，且支撑板2上还设有定位孔21，还包括定位杆22，且定位杆22分别依次紧配合穿插在支撑板2的定位孔21上。定位孔21呈缺口状，且定位孔21靠近支撑板2底部设置。定位杆22为方形杆，且定位孔21为与定位杆22配合的方形孔。两根橡皮绳32之间通过卡扣33可拆卸连接。
由于管体1呈圆形，因此将管体1外壁底部贴合在缺口槽3槽壁上，之后将两根橡皮绳32另一端进行连接，并贴合管体1外壁顶部设置，使管体1稳定固定在缺口槽3内，而支撑板2为矩形，因此起到了防滚的效果，而且还可以与外径不同的管体1进行配合使用。

1.一种灵活防滚PVC管，包括PVC材料制成的圆形管体(1)，其特征在于：还包括矩形支撑板(2)，支撑板(2)一边上设有呈C形的缺口槽(3)，缺口槽(3)槽口朝上设置，缺口槽(3)槽壁上设有防滑垫(31)，还包括两根橡皮绳(32)，两根橡皮绳(32)一端分别与缺口槽(3)两侧槽壁固定，且管体(1)外壁底部贴合在缺口槽(3)槽壁上，且两根橡皮绳(32)另一端相互可拆卸连接固定，并贴合管体(1)外壁顶部设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灵活防滚PVC管，其特征在于：所述的管体(1)外壁固定有若干支撑板(2)，且支撑板(2)上还设有定位孔(21)，还包括定位杆(22)，且定位杆(22)分别依次紧配合穿插在支撑板(2)的定位孔(21)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灵活防滚PVC管，其特征在于：所述的定位孔(21)呈缺口状，且定位孔(21)靠近支撑板(2)底部设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灵活防滚PVC管，其特征在于：所述的定位杆(22)为方形杆，且定位孔(21)为与定位杆(22)配合的方形孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灵活防滚PVC管，其特征在于：所述的两根橡皮绳(32)之间通过卡扣(33)可拆卸连接。
