背景技术
糠醛是一种重要的有机化工产品，它在合成树脂、石油炼制、燃料、医药和轻化工等领域有着广泛的用途。
由于糠醛性质比较活泼，易氧化，易燃，易与蒸汽一同挥发，其蒸汽与空气能够形成爆炸混合物。糠醛暴露在光和空气中颜色很快变为红棕色，常规储存易导致糠醛酸度升高、含量降低、水分超标，颜色变为深棕色或棕褐色。
介于糠醛的这些性质，目前储存糠醛大部分采用呼吸阀配合氮封，这样长期储存消耗氮气量大，成本高；加之糠醛易挥发，被氮气带出一部分，造成一定的损失；呼吸阀长期在醛汽的环境下易被腐蚀，而失去作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决目前糠醛储存装置存在的一些问题，而提供一种结构简单、使用成本很低的糠醛高稳定性储存装置。该储存装置不需要氮气，能长期储存糠醛的质量基本保持稳定。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：
一种糠醛高稳定性储存装置，包括储罐，所述储罐侧壁上部设置有进料口与进料管连接，储罐底部连接有出料管，储罐顶部连接有溢流管，溢流管连接阻断缓冲罐的底部，阻断缓冲罐侧壁上设置有液位计，阻断缓冲罐顶部连接放空管，放空管上设置有放空阀。
具体的，阻断缓冲罐底部还连接有排污管，排污管上设置有排污阀。

具体的，储罐内设置有外隔板和内隔板，外隔板与内隔板呈圆筒状，外隔板与内隔板通过连接杆连接，连接杆连接升降杆，升降杆穿过储罐顶部与升降机连接。

本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、储罐顶部有溢流管，保证储存糠醛时能够将糠醛储罐打满，储罐上方不留有空气，防止糠醛被氧化。
2、储罐打满后糠醛便溢流入阻隔缓冲罐内，阻隔缓冲罐有液位计，通过阻隔缓冲罐的液位计，很容易观察到糠醛储罐是否打满。阻隔缓冲罐是一个很小的储罐，只有其内部的液体上表面通过放空阀与大气接触，接触面积很小。
3、由于储罐满液，储储罐积受昼夜温度的影响很小，阻隔缓冲罐有液位计，能够很直观的反映到储储罐积的变化和糠醛颜色的变化。如果阻隔缓冲罐内的液体已经变黑，可以将缓冲罐内的糠醛单独换掉。这样保证了储罐内的糠醛不受影响，操作简便，使用十分方便。
4、本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、容易制作、操作方便、糠醛储存时间长，无须定期检修且无须定期更换设备部件，其适用范围广，推广后具有很好的经济和社会效益。
5、本实用新型通过设置内隔板、外隔板，使得糠醛逐渐充满整个储罐，减小糠醛与储罐内空气的接触面积，最大程度减小糠醛的氧化程度。

具体实施方式
一种糠醛高稳定性储存装置，包括储罐。所述储罐侧壁上部设置有进料口与进料管连接，储罐底部连接有出料管，储罐顶部连接有溢流管，溢流管连接阻断缓冲罐的底部，阻断缓冲罐侧壁上设置有液位计，阻断缓冲罐顶部连接放空管，放空管上设置有放空阀。阻断缓冲罐底部还连接有排污管，排污管上设置有排污阀。溢流管上设置有阻断阀。
储罐内设置有外隔板和内隔板，外隔板与内隔板呈圆筒状。所述内隔板内设置有支架。外隔板与内隔板通过连接杆连接，连接杆连接升降杆，升降杆穿过储罐顶部与升降机连接。升降杆与储罐顶部之间设置有密封结构。
使用时，首先关闭出料管和排污阀，通过升降机将内隔板和外隔板压紧储罐底部。打开进料管上的进料阀和阻断阀、放空阀，往储罐内打入待储存的糠醛成品。糠醛成品首先流入外隔板与储罐外壳之间的空间。待糠醛液位达到外隔板的高度时，糠醛开始流入外隔板与内隔板之间的空间。待糠醛液位达到内隔板的高度时，糠醛开始流入内隔板内的空间。至储罐满液后便有糠醛通过溢流管进入阻隔缓冲罐内，通过液位计观察液位情况，直至液面至液位计的中间后，即停止往储罐内打料。此时说明储罐内已经装满糠醛，储罐顶部已经没有空气，杜绝了糠醛被氧化的机会。
储罐打满后糠醛便溢流入阻隔缓冲罐内。阻隔缓冲罐有液位计，通过阻隔缓冲罐的液位计，很容易观察到糠醛储罐是否打满。阻隔缓冲罐是一个很小的储罐，只有其内部的液体上表面通过放空阀与大气接触，接触面积很小，也减少了缓冲罐内的糠醛与空气接触的机会。
由于储罐满液，储罐体积受昼夜温度的影响很小，阻隔缓冲罐有液位计，能够很直观的反映到储罐体积的变化和糠醛颜色的变化。如果阻隔缓冲罐内的液体已经变黑，可以将缓冲罐内的糠醛单独换掉。这样保证了储罐内的糠醛不受影响，操作简便，使用十分方便。
需要出料时，通过升降机上台升降杆，使得内隔板和外隔板上升，这样储罐的内的液体就会全部通过重力作用有出料管流出。
