现有整地机只具有灭茬、深松、旋耕、起垄中的一项或两项功能，没有具备前述所有功能的综合整地机，而且现有多功能综合整地机结构较为复杂，且未能实现动力合理配置，影响使用寿命和作业效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种综合整地机，可一次实现灭茬、深松、旋耕、起垄作业。
实现本实用新型发明目的的技术方案：
一种综合整地机，具有机架，其特征在于：机架上由前至后依次设有灭茬轴、第一横杠、旋耕轴、第二横杠，灭茬轴、旋耕轴均由动力箱驱动，灭茬轴上设有多个灭茬刀，旋耕轴上设有多个旋耕刀，第一横杠上设有多个深松铲，第二横杠上设有多个成型犁。
灭茬轴由前动力箱驱动，旋耕轴由后动力箱驱动，前动力箱第一动力输出轴接后动力箱输入轴，前动力箱第一动力输出轴位于前动力箱后侧。
前动力箱经第一减速箱、第二减速箱驱动灭茬轴，第一减速箱、第二减速箱位于机架的左、右两端，前动力箱第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴分别经传动轴接第一减速箱的动力输入轴、第二减速箱的动力输入轴，前动力箱第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴位于前动力箱的左右两侧；第一减速箱动力输出轴、第二减速箱动力输出轴接灭茬轴的两端。
后动力箱经第三减速箱、第四减速箱驱动旋耕轴，第三减速箱、第四减速箱位于机架的左、右两端，后动力箱第一动力输出轴、第二动力输出轴分别经传动轴接第三减速箱的动力输入轴、第四减速箱的动力输入轴，后动力箱第一动力输出轴、第二动力输出轴位于后动力箱的左右两侧；第三减速箱动力输出轴、第四减速箱动力输出轴接旋耕轴的两端。
前动力箱、后动力箱、第一减速箱、第二减速箱、第三减速箱、第四减速箱均设有由其动力输入轴驱动的循环齿轮泵，机架后端设有散热排管，前述每个箱体内的润滑油路与箱体外的散热排管相连通，前述每个箱体的循环齿轮泵驱动润滑介质由该箱体下部经散热排管回流至该箱体上部。

本实用新型机架上由前至后依次设有灭茬轴、第一横杠、旋耕轴、第二横杠，灭茬轴、旋耕轴均由动力箱驱动，灭茬轴上设有多个灭茬刀，旋耕轴上设有多个旋耕刀，第一横杠上设有多个深松铲，第二横杠上设有多个成型犁。本实用新型可一次实现灭茬、深松、旋耕、起垄作业，成型犁安装在单独的横杠上，方便调整垄距，进一步方便作业。
本实用新型灭茬轴由前动力箱驱动，旋耕轴由后动力箱驱动，前动力箱经第一减速箱、第二减速箱驱动灭茬轴，第一减速箱、第二减速箱位于机架的左、右两端，后动力箱经第三减速箱、第四减速箱驱动旋耕轴，第三减速箱、第四减速箱位于机架的左、右两端。本实用新型结构设计简单合理，作业幅度大，进一步提高了作业效果，动力分配更加合理，避免单个动力箱或单个减速箱的过大工作负荷，延长了设备使用寿命。本实用新型可根据配套马力不同和实际作业需要，更换前动力箱内的齿轮，从而获得适当的转速和适应配套马力，发挥更大效能，更加方便使用。
本实用新型前动力箱、后动力箱、第一减速箱、第二减速箱、第三减速箱、第四减速箱均设有由其动力输入轴驱动的循环齿轮泵，机架后端设有散热排管，前述每个箱体内的润滑油路与箱体外的散热排管相连通，前述每个箱体的循环齿轮泵驱动润滑介质由该箱体下部经散热排管回流至该箱体上部。本实用新型有效防止了润滑介质因封闭而产生的温度累积，进一步保证了设备工作稳定性，并有效延长了设备使用寿命。

如图2所示、图1所示，机架上由前至后依次设有灭茬轴5、第一横杠15、旋耕轴7、第二横杠16，灭茬轴5上设有多个灭茬刀17，旋耕轴7上设有多个旋耕刀18，第一横杠15上设有多个深松铲6，第二横杠16上设有多个成型犁8。灭茬轴5由前动力箱1驱动，旋耕轴7由后动力箱2驱动，前动力箱1第一动力输出轴接后动力箱2输入轴，前动力箱1第一动力输出轴位于前动力箱2后侧。前动力箱1经第一减速箱31、第二减速箱32驱动灭茬轴5，第一减速箱31、第二减速箱32位于机架的左、右两端，前动力箱1第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴分别经传动轴131、132接第一减速箱31的动力输入轴、第二减速箱32的动力输入轴，前动力箱1第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴位于前动力箱1的左右两侧；第一减速箱31动力输出轴、第二减速箱32动力输出轴接灭茬轴5的两端(灭茬轴5位于传动轴131、132的侧下方)。后动力箱2经第三减速箱41、第四减速箱42驱动旋耕轴7，第三减速箱41、第四减速箱42位于机架的左、右两端，后动力箱2第一动力输出轴、第二动力输出轴分别经传动轴133、134接第三减速箱41的动力输入轴、第四减速箱42的动力输入轴，后动力箱2第一动力输出轴、第二动力输出轴位于后动力箱2的左右两侧；第三减速箱41动力输出轴、第四减速箱42动力输出轴接旋耕轴7的两端(旋耕轴7位于传动轴133、134的下方)。前动力箱1、后动力箱2、第一减速箱31、第二减速箱32、第三减速箱41、第四减速箱42均设有由其动力输入轴驱动的循环齿轮泵12，机架后端设有散热排管10，前述每个箱体内的润滑油路与箱体外的散热排管相连通，前述每个箱体的循环齿轮泵12驱动润滑介质由该箱体下部经散热排管10回流至该箱体上部。
工作时，将配套牵引拖拉机的动力输出轴通过万向轴接前动力箱1的动力输入端14，通过悬挂机构9与牵引拖拉机连接(可根据配套马力不同和实际作业需要，更换前动力箱1内的齿轮，从而获得适当的转速和适应配套马力)。灭茬轴5高速旋转，灭茬刀17将秸秆残留和根部根系打碎，再经深松铲6铲开土壤板结层后，旋耕轴7上的旋耕刀18大扭矩旋转，对土壤进行二次及深度切碎，最后经成型犁8将垄合成。

1.一种综合整地机，具有机架，其特征在于：机架上由前至后依次设有灭茬轴、第一横杠、旋耕轴、第二横杠，灭茬轴、旋耕轴均由动力箱驱动，灭茬轴上设有多个灭茬刀，旋耕轴上设有多个旋耕刀，第一横杠上设有多个深松铲，第二横杠上设有多个成型犁；
灭茬轴由前动力箱驱动，旋耕轴由后动力箱驱动，前动力箱第一动力输出轴接后动力箱输入轴，前动力箱第一动力输出轴位于前动力箱后侧；
前动力箱经第一减速箱、第二减速箱驱动灭茬轴，第一减速箱、第二减速箱位于机架的左、右两端，前动力箱第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴分别经传动轴接第一减速箱的动力输入轴、第二减速箱的动力输入轴，前动力箱第二动力输出轴、第三动力输出轴位于前动力箱的左右两侧；第一减速箱动力输出轴、第二减速箱动力输出轴接灭茬轴的两端。
