本实用新型提供了保温防火复合板，属于复合板领域。它解决了现有复合板保温防火性能差的问题。本保温防火复合板，包括内面板和外面板，内面板上设有若干两端开口圆套状结构的空心铆接件，内面板上还设有保温材料制成的保温层，且保温层与铆接件固定，铆接件内设有封装的水袋，且铆接件与外面板内侧铆接固定，并将保温层压紧在内面板和外面板之间。本复合板利用铆接件铆接固定内面板和外面板，使得连接处位于内侧，使结构更加稳定，而且利用保温层具有保温的效果，同时铆接件内设有水袋，在火灾来临时，内面板或外面板脱落会使水袋破裂，利用水袋内的液体起到防火的效果。

本实用新型属于复合板技术领域，涉及保温防火复合板。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板，学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板，有丰富的表面色彩，纹路以及特殊的物流性能，广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域。
现有复合板保温和防火性能差，同时连接稳定性差，因此有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供了一种防火效果更好，且结构稳定的保温防火复合板。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：保温防火复合板，包括内面板和外面板，其特征在于：所述的内面板上设有若干两端开口圆套状结构的空心铆接件，内面板上还设有保温材料制成的保温层，且保温层与铆接件固定，所述的铆接件内设有封装的水袋，且铆接件与外面板内侧铆接固定，并将所述的保温层压紧在内面板和外面板之间。
本复合板利用铆接件铆接固定内面板和外面板，使得连接处位于内侧，使结构更加稳定，而且利用保温层具有保温的效果，同时铆接件内设有水袋，在火灾来临时，内面板或外面板脱落会使水袋破裂，利用水袋内的液体起到防火的效果。
在上述的保温防火复合板中，所述的外面板内侧设有圆形嵌槽，嵌槽槽壁呈内凹弧形结构，铆接件端部呈扩口状，且铆接件端部嵌在嵌槽槽壁上。
因此通过朝向外面板压紧铆接件，使铆接件端部变形并嵌在嵌槽内，使得连接十分稳定。
在上述的保温防火复合板中，所述的保温层分别与内面板和外面板之间设有金属纱网。
金属纱网具有稳定保温层的作用。
在上述的保温防火复合板中，内面板外侧与外面板外侧与铆接件对应位置分别压制形成压槽。
压槽具有标记连接位置以及水袋位置的作用。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
本复合板利用铆接件铆接固定内面板和外面板，使得连接处位于内侧，使结构更加稳定，而且利用保温层具有保温的效果，同时铆接件内设有水袋，在火灾来临时，内面板或外面板脱落会使水袋破裂，利用水袋内的液体起到防火的效果。

如图1所示，本实用新型保温防火复合板，包括内面板1和外面板2，内面板1上设有若干两端开口圆套状结构的空心铆接件11，内面板1上还设有保温材料制成的保温层13，且保温层13与铆接件11固定，铆接件11内设有封装的水袋12，且铆接件11与外面板2内侧铆接固定，并将保温层13压紧在内面板1和外面板2之间。
进一步的，外面板2内侧设有圆形嵌槽21，嵌槽21槽壁呈内凹弧形结构，铆接件11端部呈扩口状，且铆接件11端部嵌在嵌槽21槽壁上。保温层13分别与内面板1和外面板2之间设有金属纱网14。内面板1外侧与外面板2外侧与铆接件11对应位置分别压制形成压槽22。
本复合板利用铆接件11铆接固定内面板1和外面板2，使得连接处位于内侧，使结构更加稳定，而且利用保温层13具有保温的效果，同时铆接件11内设有水袋12，在火灾来临时，内面板1或外面板2脱落会使水袋12破裂，利用水袋12内的液体起到防火的效果。

1.保温防火复合板，包括内面板(1)和外面板(2)，其特征在于：所述的内面板(1)上设有若干两端开口圆套状结构的空心铆接件(11)，内面板(1)上还设有保温材料制成的保温层(13)，且保温层(13)与铆接件(11)固定，所述的铆接件(11)内设有封装的水袋(12)，且铆接件(11)与外面板(2)内侧铆接固定，并将所述的保温层(13)压紧在内面板(1)和外面板(2)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温防火复合板，其特征在于：所述的外面板(2)内侧设有圆形嵌槽(21)，嵌槽(21)槽壁呈内凹弧形结构，铆接件(11)端部呈扩口状，且铆接件(11)端部嵌在嵌槽(21)槽壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温防火复合板，其特征在于：所述的保温层(13)分别与内面板(1)和外面板(2)之间设有金属纱网(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温防火复合板，其特征在于：内面板(1)外侧与外面板(2)外侧与铆接件(11)对应位置分别压制形成压槽(22)。
