为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是，树木根部滴灌器，包括筒体、锥形插头和储水箱，其特征是：筒体中部的外壁上对称固定有两个踏板；筒体的下端设有锥形插头；筒体的上端设有一板体，板体的上端固定有支杆，支杆的上端设有储水箱，储水箱的下端中央设有出水管，出水管穿过板体并插入筒体内；所述筒体的下部开有若干渗水孔；所述出水管的上部安装有流量控制阀门。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，筒体下端锥形插头插入树木根部土壤里，打开流量控制阀门，储水箱内的水通过出水管流到筒体内后从渗水孔缓慢地渗入土壤里，让树木根部充分吸收，既可减少太阳光的高温蒸发，又可减少水资源的浪费。
