水电监测模块通过中央处理模块连接到物业终端，物业终端可以监测到业主终端的水电使用及运行情况。
需求输入模块通过中央处理模块连接到物业终端，业务终端可以通过需求输入模块将所需的物业帮助发送到物业终端。
物业终端通过中央处理模块连接到信息通知模块，物业终端将相关通知通过信息通知模块发送业主终端。
支付模块通过中央处理模块连接到物业终端，业主终端可以通过支付模块直接交水电费和物业费。
查看模块通过中央处理模块连接到门禁模块、公共照明模块、公共监控模块、车位感应模块和消防安全模块。
移动终端通过无线通信模块连接到中央处理模块，进而连接到门禁模块、公共照明模块、公共监控模块、车位感应模块和消防安全模块。
实际使用时：业主可以通过需求输入模块来将需要传递至物业处，还可通过信息通知模块得知物业的相关通知，提高了信息传递的效率；可通过支付模块来支付水电费等费用；还可通过查看模块查看公共监控信息，若业主在社区外，则可利用移动终端接入到无线通信模块，最后连接到中央处理模块，以查看社区相关信息。
