本实用新型涉及一种液位检测装置，特别涉及一种非接触式液位检测装置。
背景技术
现有的液位检测装置有很多，针对不同的介质和环境，可采用压力、干簧管、超声波、激光等传感器进行检测。但在特殊的情况下，直接使用以上的方法不能达到目标。
如图1所示，图中1为电机，2为容器，3为液体介质，4为搅拌器，容器2中盛装液体介质3，电机1带动搅拌器5搅拌液体介质。液体介质中有大小不一（5＞φ＞0.5）的固体颗粒；液体会产生酸雾。用非接触式的超声波传感器安装在A处检测液位，存在二个问题：超声波的椎形波形成误测量；液面的波动和酸雾影响测量精度。用非接触式的激光传感器安装在A处检测液位，存在二个问题：价格较高；液面的波动和酸雾影响测量精度。用接触式干簧管传感器安装在A处检测液位，存在三个问题：由于液体中的颗粒，导致磁环与干簧管卡滞；容器101较深时，加上液体介质103的运动，测量不稳定；传感器容易磨蚀。用接触式压力传感器安装在B处检测液位，存在三个问题：液体中的固体颗粒容易堵塞检测孔，甚至埋没；传感器容易磨蚀。
实用新型内容
为了解决液位检测存在的上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、成本低、测量精度高的非接触式液位检测装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案是：一种液位检测装置，包括容器、法兰座、密封垫、传感器安装座、压力传感器，在容器下部设有法兰座，法兰座由下法兰和第一不锈钢管焊接焊接而成，不锈钢管的另一端座焊接在容器上；传感器安装座由上法兰和第二不锈钢管焊接而成；传感器安装座安装于法兰座上，传感器安装座与法兰座之间设有密封垫，第二不锈钢管伸入到容器中，上法兰上设有与传感器匹配的螺纹孔，压力传感器拧在上法兰上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型在容器侧壁下部安装法兰座，法兰座上再安装传感器安装座，将压力传感器安装在传感器安装座上，传感器安装座上的不锈钢管伸入到容器中，这样利用空气压缩传感进行液位检测，是非接触式的，避免了传感器的堵塞和腐蚀。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型包括容器101、入液口105、出液口106、法兰座、密封垫111、传感器安装座、压力传感器113，在容器101下部设有法兰座，法兰座由下法兰107和不锈钢管108焊接而成，不锈钢管108的另一端座焊接在容器上，下法兰107有孔与不锈钢管108相通（孔尺寸与不锈钢管一致），不锈钢管108的孔直通容器101，所有焊缝要求密封，不能泄漏。传感器安装座由上法兰109和不锈钢管110焊接而成，不锈钢管110的外径小于不锈钢管108的内径10mm，上法兰109上设有与压力传感器113匹配的螺纹孔，此螺纹孔与不锈钢管110直通，所有焊缝要求密封，不能泄漏。上法兰109与下法兰107之间设有硅橡胶密封垫111，把传感器安装座插入法兰安装座，用螺钉112（4套）连接、紧固法兰座和传感器安装座，把压力传感器113拧在传感器安装座上（安装前缠绕密封带，保证密封）。
本实用新型的液位检测工作原理：当容器101没有液体时，传感器检测的压力与大气压力相等，输出压力信号为0；当容器101加入液体至不锈钢管110囗时，液体封闭不锈钢管110，此时，不锈钢管110内封闭空气，随着液体的不但增加，不锈钢管110内空气受到压缩，压力升高，液位下降时，压力下降，压力传感器113检测到压力的变化，输出相应的压力信号。

1.一种非接触式液位检测装置，其特征在于：包括容器、法兰座、密封垫、传感器安装座、压力传感器，在容器下部设有法兰座，法兰座由下法兰和第一不锈钢管焊接而成，不锈钢管的另一端座焊接在容器上；传感器安装座由上法兰和第二不锈钢管焊接而成；传感器安装座安装于法兰座上，传感器安装座与法兰座之间设有密封垫，第二不锈钢管伸入到容器中，上法兰上设有与传感器匹配的螺纹孔，压力传感器拧在上法兰上。
