背景技术
太阳能路灯以太阳光为能源，白天通过太阳能电池将太阳能转换为电能储存到蓄电池中，晚上蓄电池给灯泡供电使用。省略了铺设线缆，无需交流供电，不产生电费。
太阳能路灯系统由LED光源、太阳能电池板、蓄电池、太阳能路灯控制器、路灯灯杆等几部分组成。其中装置在预埋件中的灯杆除外，LED光源、太阳能电池板、太阳能蓄电池安装在灯杆上部。
一般太阳能路灯将蓄电池安装在灯杆中，但由于太阳能电池板以及蓄电池的使用寿命短于灯头寿命，在更换蓄电池时造成了大大的不便。

一种太阳能路灯，包括灯杆、连接件、金属片、空心管、太阳能电池板和灯头，其特征在于：所述连接件固定于灯杆上，所述灯头尾端及金属片上设有螺孔，通过螺栓连接灯头以及金属片，将灯头固定于连接件；所述灯头上设有空腔，内装有蓄电池和控制器，所述控制器连接于蓄电池和太阳能电池板之间；所述空心管焊接在金属片上；所述太阳能电池板下有支撑太阳能能电池板的支架，所述支架下方焊接有用于连接所述空心管的套管。
进一步的，所述连接件通过螺栓连接固定在灯杆上。
进一步的，所述套管的外壁上，由上至下有至少两个螺纹孔，将所述套管套在空心管上。
本实用新型将蓄电池安装在灯头中，直接在灯杆上部通过控制器连接太阳能电池板以及蓄电池，省略了在灯杆中铺线，很大程度地简化了更换蓄电池的步骤；太阳能电池板通过套管以及空心管的结构固定所述连接杆上，大大的方便了拆卸以及维护太阳能电池板。

如图1所示，太阳能路灯包括灯杆1、连接件2、金属片3、空心管4、太阳能电池板5和灯头8。
作为优选，所述连接件2通过螺栓连接固定在灯杆2上，作为优选，连接件2与地面平行面形成锐角；所述灯头8尾端及金属片3上设有螺孔，通过螺栓连接将灯头固定于连接件2上；所述金属片3上焊有空心管4。所述灯头8上还设有空腔9，内装有蓄电池和控制器，所述控制器连接于蓄电池、灯头8和太阳能电池板6之间，协调太阳能电池板5、蓄电池以及灯头8的工作，避免在灯杆1中铺线，方便更换蓄电池或检修。
所述太阳能电池板5下有用于支撑太阳能电池板的支架6，以及支架下方焊接有用于连接所述空心的套管7。作为优选，套管7的外壁上，由上至下有两个螺纹孔，用于套管7固定在空心管4中，可以90°范围内调整夹角，方便拆卸或调整太阳能电池板的角度，更高效的利用了太阳能。
