本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种新型不锈钢托辊，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型的结构包括冷拔轴、不锈钢辊体、密封圈、轴承、内密封圈、挡盘、外密封圈、内挡圈、外挡圈、挡板、卡簧，其特征在于不锈钢辊体中间位置设置有冷拔轴，冷拔轴表面从左到右依次与挡盘、密封圈、轴承、外密封圈、外挡圈、挡板、卡簧相连接，挡盘与密封圈相连接，密封圈与轴承相连接，轴承与内密封圈相连接，内密封圈与外密封圈相连接，外密封圈分别与内挡圈、外挡圈相连接，外挡圈与挡板相连接，冷拔轴、不锈钢辊体为不锈钢材质，材质为207、304、309、316、T4003，及400、300系列等多种型号。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型能够抗压、抗砸、耐磨，缓冲物料对皮带的撞击，能承受一定的轴向载荷，且密封性能良好，易于更换，更具有防尘、防水浸，耐腐蚀的优点，还具有抗静电，防磁，防止托辊被除铁器吸起，减轻物料阻力。
