背景技术
电力系统的各类电气设备由于其功能与作用的不同，以不同的结构形式来满足各自性能的要求。部分电气设备的结构形式上具有开放式的槽隙，以利于均匀电场、散热等，如变压器的散热刺片、电抗器的环氧玻纤槽格、开关柜隔板等。电气设备运行中会造成设备表面老化、积污、变色和性能下降，为此定期的清扫、维护和表面涂装是保持其正常运行的必要手段。
该类电气设备的缝隙、槽格等都是间距小、细长、纵深的结构，常规的技术手段难以实施结构内部的处置。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种缝隙、槽格喷涂装置。它结构简单，使用方便，特别适合缝隙、槽格的喷涂。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：喷筒为细长件，喷筒的上端固定手柄，下端固定喷头，喷筒有内腔，喷筒的内腔分别有进料软管和所述的喷头相通。
本实用新型具有下列优点：1)、结构简单，使用方便；2)、压力清扫洁净度高，压力淋涂可渗透到电气设备的微缝隙，附着力好；3)、涂覆质量高，表面平滑无缺损；4)、用料量少，节约涂料，能源消耗低；5)、无环境污染。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，喷筒3为细长件，喷筒3的上端固定手柄1，下端固定喷头5，喷筒3有内腔，喷筒3的内腔分别有进料软管2和所述的喷头5相通。
所述的喷头5为圆柱形，喷头5的圆柱面上均布喷嘴4。
所述的喷嘴4口径可调。
所述喷头5的圆柱面6为圆弧面，方便进出。
如图3所示，使用时，可以用液压缸7驱动手柄1，喷头5在待喷工件内上下自动气体吹扫-液体清洗-喷涂/淋涂，如图3所示。气体吹扫的压力为0.1-1.6MPa。液体清洗的压力为0.6-2.5MPa。喷涂/淋涂的压力为0.3-0.8MPa。

1.一种缝隙、槽格喷涂装置，其特征在于：喷筒(3)为细长件，喷筒(3)的上端固定手柄(1)，下端固定喷头(5)，喷筒(3)有内腔，喷筒(3)的内腔分别有进料软管(2)和所述的喷头(5)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缝隙、槽格喷涂装置，其特征在于：所述的喷头(5)为圆柱形，喷头(5)的圆柱面上均布喷嘴(4)。
