本实用新型公开了一种复式日光温棚通风降温设施,该设施主要利用冷热空气对流原理降低大棚内温度,主要特征在于在大棚棚顶左右两侧对称安装通风装置,所述通风装置由圆筒形通风管、通风栅格和防雨盖组成,大棚内可以根据需求安装多组装置。该设施通风降温效果显著,结构简单,投资小,经济实用,利于推广使用。

本发明属于农作物种植大棚领域。
背景技术
近年来长江中下游地区应用的复式日光温棚比较重视保温,但夏季通风效果欠佳,虽然安装了遮阳网,但夏季温度较高时,棚内通风效果较差,温度仍然较高,不利于蔬菜四季种植。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种复式日光温棚通风降温设施,该设施包括在大棚棚顶左右两侧对称安装通风装置,所述通风装置由圆筒形通风管、通风栅格和防雨盖组成,所述装置通过连接件固定在大棚骨架上。该实用新型主要利用空气对流与负压差的原理,使大棚内集聚的热气流通过通风管与棚外空气对流,促使棚内热量排出棚外,达到降低棚内温度的目的。
为了达到更好的通风效果,所述通风装置可以横向对称安装2个,纵向间距6-8m成对安装。

具体实施方式
根据附图1所示,为实现本实用新型提供的通风设施,需要先在复式日光温棚1顶上左右两侧,穿过内棚膜10、外棚膜15开两个直径30cm的圆孔,再截取1m长的pvc管或其它轻质材料管作为通风管24,所述通风管24穿过圆孔,固定在复式日光温棚1的骨架上,棚内外各保留一截长度。
为了便于通风,同时防止雨水进入大棚,在大棚外的通风管24出口部位安装带通风栅格26的防雨盖25,通风栅格26的高度约20-40cm,防雨盖25呈锥形,便于雨水滑落;所述通风栅格26通过紧固件固定在通风管24的出口上,防雨盖25可以焊接在通风栅格26上,所述防雨盖下部直径约35-45cm。
本实用新型结合遮阳网一起使用,有效降低了大棚内温度3-5℃,能保障大棚内农作物正常越夏。且该设施结构简单,投资小,经济实用,利于推广使用。

1.一种复式日光温棚通风降温设施,该设施主要包括内棚、外棚、大棚骨架及连接件、覆盖膜、在大棚棚顶左右两侧对称安装的通风装置,其特征在于:所述通风装置由圆筒形通风管、通风栅格和防雨盖组成,所述装置通过连接件固定在大棚骨架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设施,其特征在于:所述通风装置横向对称安装2个,纵向间距6-8m成对安装。
