背景技术
常规分体式编码器的本体和光栅组件为两个独立的零部件，用户使用时，需要调整本体与光栅座的相对位置，使操作非常复杂，且常因相对位置不准，而导致编码器不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种分体式编码器的定位块，以解决分体式编码器在调整本体与光栅座的相对位置时，操作复杂，相对位置不准，而导致编码器不能正常工作的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：定位块与光栅座相接触的前端是呈“U”型、“V”型或弧形开口结构，该端的前部有与圆柱形光栅座相配合的弧面，该定位块的尾端有用于拆卸的孔。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖，置中定位精度高；“U”型、“V”型或弧形的两端的弧面与光栅座完全接触后，其“U”型、“V”型或弧形结构的张口变大，这样可以更有效的“抱紧”光栅座，提高置中定位精度，并且使用户在安装编码器时能方便快捷。

具体实施方式
定位块1与光栅座相接触的前端101是呈“U”型、“V”型或弧形开口结构，该端的前部有与圆柱形光栅座相配合的弧面10101，该定位块1的尾端有用于拆卸的孔102。
工作原理：用户安装时，在调整好光栅组件2中光栅盘的位置后，将定位块1从本体3的侧孔插入，并使其与光栅组件中的光栅座紧密接触，达到固化本体与光栅组件位置关系的目的，然后进行相关安装工作，在安装结束后，用工具勾住定位块尾端的孔，向外拉出定位块。
