水体圈养笼箱喂料器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是以大范围水体、尤其是自然界水体为饲养环境的水生物圈养用箱。
背景技术
用笼箱浸入自然界水体,如江、湖或海的水体中,圈养鱼、虾、蟹类等水生动物产品,具有最接近自然环境下生长的水生物的特点,且成活率高、成长速度快,尤其是利用笼箱立体养殖,水体利用率高,还能保证水生物捕获量。其中,笼箱养殖的关键是投喂饲料,要保证笼箱内的水生物都能够得到足够的喂料,还不会使水体腐化。现有的圈养笼箱的饲料投喂方式较多,如中国专利CN2011101310247公开的“水中笼养设备”给出了笼箱中央插装喂料器的技术方案。现有技术普遍存在的技术问题是:喂料器下入笼箱后,喂料器储料室开口与笼箱饲喂口相通,水生动物需要进入储料室自取食用,直至饲料被预计吃得所剩无几时才能取出喂料器。因此,每一套串置笼箱必须配用一套喂料器,喂料器需按笼箱串置数量配备,对于具有规模养殖户而言,用量较大,会加大投资成本和压力;另外,饲料留滞于喂料器的储料室中,由水生物进储料室自取食用,增加了被圈养物的食用难度,还会因饲料剩余,并长时间滞留而腐败,造成圈养区域水域污浊,也增加了水生物发病几率。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有喂料器只能装载饲料而不能把饲料卸入圈养空间的技术缺陷,提供一种能够快速将饲料投入圈养空间的水体圈养笼箱喂料器。
本实用新型提供的水体圈养笼箱喂料器技术方案,其主要技术内容是:一种水体圈养笼箱喂料器,至少由一喂料器单元组成,所述的喂料器单元包括浮子、浮子压杆和喂料器单体,喂料器单体内腔为浮子上浮滑动腔体,浮子压杆与浮子固定连接,喂料器单体侧上部开设有投料口,浮子顶部为导料斜面,浮子浮至喂料器单体内腔顶极限位时,投料口底边不高于浮子的导料斜面下缘。
在上述的整体技术方案中,水体圈养笼箱喂料器由若干喂料器单元组成,喂料器本体内分隔出中央管腔和围绕中央管腔的若干喂料器单体,浮子压杆滑动置于中央管腔,每一喂料器单体中的浮子由连动横杆共同固定架设在浮子压杆上,浮子压杆沿中央管腔、其上各连接横杆沿中央管腔的导向滑道带动各浮子同步上浮。
在上述的整体技术方案中,水体圈养笼箱喂料器由多层喂料器单元组成。
本实用新型技术方案公开的水体圈养笼箱喂料器,浮子陷入喂料器单体,上部空间填装饲料,锁定浮子压杆,再插装于水下的水体圈养箱的喂料器芯套中,稳定后解锁浮子压杆,浮子在水体的浮力作用下沿喂料器单体内腔滑行上浮,直至其导料斜面下缘不低于喂料器单体投料口底边,饲料则沿导向斜面自行流入圈养空间,完成一次饲料投喂料,这样不仅便于鱼、虾、蟹取食,还可完成投喂料后,拔出,再次填装饲料后,按相同步骤,为下一套圈养箱投喂饲料。本技术方案的优点是:一套喂料器可以供多组圈养箱或串置圈养笼箱的饲料投放使用,因此,减小了设备配套用量,投资压力大大降低;另外,饲料被直接投放进入圈养空间,不仅使圈养水生物更易于取食,提高取食量,加快了水生物增重速度,也降低了饲料剩余量,即便也剩余,也会在圈养箱内被水流带走,避免了长期滞留、腐败而影响水质、增加发病率,水体洁净,更利于水生物更快、更健康的成长。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的水体圈养笼箱喂料器,其各具体实施结构如附图所示。水体圈养笼箱喂料器至少由一喂料器单元组成。所述的喂料器单元包括浮子1、浮子压杆5和喂料器单体2,喂料器单体2内腔是容纳浮子1并为浮子1提供上浮滑道的滑动腔体,浮子压杆5与浮子1经连动横杆6固定连接,喂料器单体2上设有供连动横杆6随浮子上浮、下回位的滑动导槽4。喂料器单体2侧上部设有开设至圈养箱7圈养空间的投料口11,浮子1顶部为导料斜面13,浮子1浮至喂料器单体2内腔顶极限位时,投料口11底边不再高于导料斜面13下缘,饲料8随即全部沿导料斜面无障碍滑入圈养空间。
图1和图2给出的是包括同层四喂料器单元的喂料器,图1和图2所示,喂料器本体20内被分隔出中央管腔3和围绕中央管腔3的四个喂料器单体2,浮子压杆5滑动设置于中央管腔3内,每一喂料器单体2中的浮子1由连动横杆6共同固定架设在浮子压杆5上,浮子压杆5于中央管腔3中,沿中央管腔3、其上各连动横杆6沿构成中央管腔的各喂料器单体2内侧壁的导向滑道4,使各浮子1同步上浮。
图3是在图1、图2的单层基础上的多层构造,顶部设有提手10,浮子压杆5顶端设有锁定装置,由于可以在现有的多种可锁定的装置中选择采用,图中就不刻意显示锁定装置。饲料8装入浮子1顶端陷入喂料器单体2的腔体中,这时被锁定装置锁定后,提至需要喂料的圈养箱处,插入圈养箱7的中央喂料器芯套9中,打开锁定装置,各层浮子1处于自由状态,在水体作用下一道上浮。喂料器单体2下部设有回水孔12,水由回水孔12进入喂料器单体2的浮子1下部腔体中,促使浮子1快速上浮,直至各层浮子1浮至喂料器单体2内腔顶极限位时,投料口11底边也不再高于导料斜面13下缘,饲料8随即全部无阻碍滑入各自圈养空间。

Claims (5)

1.一种水体圈养笼箱喂料器,至少由一喂料器单元组成,其特征在于所述的喂料器单元包括浮子(1)、浮子压杆(5)和喂料器单体(2),喂料器单体(2)内腔为浮子(1)上浮滑动腔体,浮子压杆与浮子固定连接,喂料器单体侧上部开设有投料口(11),浮子顶部为导料斜面(13),浮子(1)浮至喂料器单体(2)内腔顶极限位时,投料口(11)底边不高于浮子的导料斜面(13)下缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水体圈养笼箱喂料器,其特征在于喂料器单体(2)下部设有回水孔(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水体圈养笼箱喂料器,其特征在于由若干喂料器单元组成,喂料器本体(20)内分隔出中央管腔(3)和围绕中央管腔(3)的若干喂料器单体(2),浮子压杆(5)滑动置于中央管腔(3),每一喂料器单体中的浮子(1)由连动横杆(6)共同固定架设在浮子压杆(5)上,浮子压杆(5)沿中央管腔(3)、其上各连动横杆(6)沿中央管腔(3)的导向滑道(4)带动各浮子(1)同步上浮。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水体圈养笼箱喂料器,其特征在于水体圈养笼箱喂料器由多层喂料器单元组成。
