本实用新型涉及一种用于塑料热熔切粒过程使用的冷却水槽。
背景技术
塑料的热熔切粒过程通常采用热熔机对塑料进行热熔,再通过塑料挤出机挤出塑料线条并经过冷却水槽冷却,最后进行切粒。
现有的冷却水槽仅为盛有冷却水的槽体,塑料线条在该冷却水槽中冷却时,易漂浮在冷却水上,冷却不充分,同时,由于多条塑料线条在冷却水槽中进行冷却,塑料线条之间已发生缠绕,使得塑料线条断裂,而冷却水槽槽体边沿也易挂擦塑料线条,造成塑料线条断裂。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题提供一种能够充分冷却塑料线条,同时防止塑料线条缠绕刮擦而断裂的冷却水槽。
本实用新型一种冷却水槽,包括槽体,所述槽体一端的上部设置有输入辊子,槽体另一端的上部设置有引导辊子,所述槽体内靠近槽底设置有定位辊子组;
所述定位辊子组由两个相互平行的辊子组成;
所述引导辊子上均匀排布有隔板;
所述输入辊子、引导辊子和定位辊子组相互平行;
所述槽体底部设置有排水口;
所述槽体侧壁上设置有溢流口。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型采用定位辊子组对塑料线条进行定位,保证塑料线条冷却时保持在冷却水中充分冷却,引导辊子上均匀的隔板能够将塑料线条均匀分隔开,防止发生缠绕,引导辊子和输入辊子引导塑料线条移动,同时防止塑料线条与槽体边沿刮擦而断裂。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示一种冷却水槽,包括槽体1,所述槽体1一端的上部设置有输入辊子2,槽体1另一端的上部设置有引导辊子3,所述槽体1内靠近槽底设置有定位辊子组4,所述定位辊子组4由两个相互平行的辊子组成,所述引导辊子3上均匀排布有隔板5,所述输入辊子2、引导辊子3和定位辊子组4相互平行,所述槽体1底部设置有排水口6,所述槽体1侧壁上设置有溢流口7。
工作时,塑料线条依次绕过输入辊子2上辊面、定位辊子组4的辊子下辊面以及引导辊子3上棍面,同时塑料线条均匀设置于引导辊子3的相邻隔板5之间,启动牵引装置牵引塑料线条在冷却水槽中运动冷却,每隔一段时间,冷却槽中通过排水口6排放升温后的冷却水,同时注入新的冷却水,多余的冷却水通过溢流口7排出冷却水槽。

1.一种冷却水槽,包括槽体(1),其特征在于:所述槽体(1)一端的上部设置有输入辊子(2),槽体(1)另一端的上部设置有引导辊子(3),所述槽体(1)内靠近槽底设置有定位辊子组(4)。

3.如权利要求1所述一种冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述引导辊子(3)上均匀排布有隔板(5)。
