本实用新型涉及一种制备透射试样用可调节夹具。
背景技术:
目前,制备金属材料的透射试样没有专用的夹具,透射试样制备时,需先用线切割加工成0.5mm厚的试样片,然后用手工磨削至25μm以下,再经离子减薄才能用透射电镜观察组织,手工磨削费时费力,磨削效率低,不容易磨削成合格样品,废品率高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种制备透射试样用可调节夹具,它主要解决了制备金属材料的透射试样没有专用的夹具,透射试样制备时,需先用线切割加工成0.5mm厚的试样片,然后用手工磨削,手工磨削费时费力,磨削效率低,不容易磨削成合格样品,废品率高等问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,制备透射试样用可调节夹具由:基座、螺纹、十字头螺钉、导柱、空刀槽、沉孔、基座通孔构成。导柱套装在基座通孔内,导柱与基座通孔按基孔制间隙配合,导柱可在基座通孔内上下滑动,十字头螺钉与基座通过螺纹相连接,基座上分别设有空刀槽和沉孔。该产品结构简单,设计合理,它为制备金属材料透射试样的专用夹具,使用时,将被磨试样粘在导柱下端进行磨削,磨削薄厚均匀,没有飞边,省时省力,磨削出的样品合格率高,减少了废品率。

1.一种制备透射试样用可调节夹具,它由:基座(1)、螺纹(2)、十字头螺钉(3)、导柱(4)、空刀槽(5)、沉孔(6)、基座通孔(7)构成,其特征在于:导柱(4)套装在基座通孔(7)内,导柱(4)与基座通孔(7)按基孔制间隙配合,导柱(4)可在基座通孔(7)内上下滑动,十字头螺钉(3)与基座(1)通过螺纹(2)相连接,基座(1)上分别设有空刀槽(5)和沉孔(6)。
