Abstract

双向进气脉管制冷机,包括压力波发生器、回热器、脉管、大容器,本实用新型的特征是采用双向进气,即将脉管的热端与脉管的冷端同时与压力波发生器相通,使不制冷的气体大部分不经回热器而从脉管的热端进出脉管,这样流过回热器的气体基本上只剩下制冷部分的气体,从而减少了流过回热器的气体流量,提高了流过回热器的单位质量气体的制冷量,最终结果使得脉管制冷机的最低制冷温度得以降低,提高了净制冷量。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种小型低温制冷机,特别涉及一种小孔脉管制冷机。
现有小孔脉管制冷机的特点是从压力波发生器进出的气体都经过回热器从脉管的冷端进出脉管,其缺点是流过回热器的气流量太大,其中有相当一部分是不制冷的。由于流过回热器的气体中有不制冷的气体存在,使得流过回热器的单位质量的气体的制冷量很小。上述缺点大大限制了小孔脉管制冷机的最低制冷温度的获得和净制冷量的获得(文献:苏联专利SU553414)。
本实用新型的目的是减小流过回热器的不制冷的气流量,从而提高流过回热器的单位质量气体的制冷量,由此而降低小孔脉管制冷机的最低制冷温度和提高小孔脉管制冷机的净制冷量。
本实用新型是对小孔脉管制冷机的改进。
本实用新型的特征是采用双向进气,即将脉管的热端与脉管的冷端同时与压力波发生器相通,使不制冷的气体大部分不经回热器而从脉管的热端进出脉管,这样流过回热器的气体基本上只剩下制冷部分的气体,从而减少气体流量,提高了单位质量气体的制冷量,最终结果使得脉管制冷机的最低制冷温度得以降低,提高了净制冷量。
图1是级梯活塞式双向进气脉管制冷机原理图。
图2是气体分配器式双向进气脉管制冷机原理图。
图3是充气型气体分配器式双向进气脉管制冷机原理图。
图1的工作过程如下:气缸(1)与气缸(9)是同相的,由气缸(1)进出的气体经水冷却器(2)冷却后经回热器进出脉管的冷端;由气缸(9)进出的气体由水冷却器(10)冷却后从脉管的热端水冷却器(6)进出脉管;大容器(8)内进出脉管的气体由小孔(7)控制。气体在脉管内完成制冷过程,由冷量换热器(4)输出冷量。
图2的工作过程如下:由气缸(1)进出的气体经水冷却器(2)冷却后被分为二部分,一部分经回热器进出脉管的冷端,另一部分经气体分配器(11)从脉管的热端进出脉管。
图3的工作过程与图2一样,区别仅在于前者的压力波发生器是高压阀(12)和低压阀(13),后者的压力波发生器是气缸(1)。
图中,(1)是气缸、(2)是水冷却器、(3)是回热器、(4)是冷量换热器、(5)是脉管、(6)是水冷却器、(7)是小孔、(8)是大容器、(9)是气缸、(10)是水冷却器、(11)是气体分配器、(12)是高压阀、(13)是低压阀。
