本实用新型属于防爆配电柜领域，尤其是涉及一种高性能一体式正压防爆配电柜。
背景技术
正压防爆是一种特别的防爆型式，其主要指导思想是将可燃性事物与点燃源施行隔离，达到防爆的目标。具体实行办法是经过防爆扼制箱内的扼制系统与气路系统配合，日后自安全地带的保障气体引入正压腔，在对正压腔内的可燃性气体施行彻底的清洗与置换后，使正压腔内保持一定的压力，阻挡外部危险背景的可燃性气体，导电性粉尘的步入，从而达到防爆目标。
目前现有的正压型配电柜种类很多，但多数都存在启闭式门盖打开后，设置在正压腔内的电器元件会暴露在外，容易引发危险。同时，在整体配电柜外无法进行相关数据的监控与操作，调整不便利。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柜体不易变形，操作安全性提高，操作界面趋于智能化的高性能一体式正压防爆配电柜。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种高性能一体式正压防爆配电柜，包括正压腔和正压控制腔，所述正压腔与正压控制腔处于同一柜体内，由一隔板将同一柜体分割为上、下两个部分，由上到下分别为正压腔和正压控制腔，所述隔板与柜体的连接方式为焊接，所述隔板前端一角设有穿线孔，所述隔板后半部分设有若干穿线孔，所述正压腔设有前门和后门，所述前门外侧上方设有触摸显示控制屏，所述前门内侧设有中空辅助门，所述中空辅助门内设有线控系统，所述中空辅助门的低端一角设有穿线孔，所述正压腔内设有可移动支撑架，所述可移动支撑架与正压腔的连接方式为螺栓连接，所述正压腔与正压腔前门之间设有透明隔板门，所述正压控制腔前设有带可视窗的正压控制腔门；
优选的，所述柜体及正压腔的前门、后门及正压腔控制门均为加厚一体型不锈钢。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，防爆性能大幅度提高，柜体不易变形，操作安全性提高，操作界面趋于智能化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细说明。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型一种高性能一体式正压防爆配电柜，包括正压腔1和正压控制腔2，所述正压腔1与正压控制腔2处于同一柜体3内，由一隔板4将同一柜体分割为上、下两个部分，由上到下分别为正压腔和正压控制腔，所述隔板4与柜体3的连接方式为焊接，所述隔板4前端一角设有穿线孔5，所述隔板4后半部分设有若干穿线孔5，所述正压腔1设有前门6和后门7，所述前门6外侧上方设有触摸显示控制屏8，所述前门6内侧设有中空辅助门9，所述中空辅助门9内设有线控系统，所述中空辅助门9的低端一角设有穿线孔5，所述正压腔1内设有可移动支撑架10，所述可移动支撑架10与正压腔1的连接方式为螺栓连接，所述正压腔1与正压腔1前门6之间设有透明隔板门11，所述正压控制腔2前设有带可视窗的正压控制腔门12；
优选的，所述柜体3及正压腔1的前门6、后门7及正压腔控制门12均为加厚一体型不锈钢。
本实例的工作过程：正压腔1的后门为检修用门，隔板4前端的穿线孔5与中空辅助门9低端一角的穿线孔5配合穿线，所需穿的线为前门6的触摸显示控制屏8所需要用的线，透明隔板门11设置于正压腔1与前门6之间主要是为了保险起见，起到进一步防爆的作用。触摸显示控制屏8上会显示柜体3内所有仪器的数据，并可以手触完成仪器数据的调整，显而易见，触摸显示控制屏8的材质也为防爆型材质。
