本实用新型涉及一种全功率变流器智能监测预警系统,属于风力发电技术领域。
背景技术
风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,越来越受到世界各国的重视,风力发电系统是将现代电子技术与计算机技术相结合的一种高新技术,变流器作为核心部件在风力发电系统中发挥着重要的作用,变流器可以优化风力发电系统的运行,实现宽风速范围内的变速恒频发电,改善风机效率和传输链的工作状况,减少发电机损耗,提高运行效率,提升风能利用率,电流器因其优异的控制性能和良好的电网适应能力而被广泛应用,目前现场运行的变流器只有故障检测,没有预警系统,当变流器出现严重问题时才报出故障停机处理,这种现状不利于变流器的安全运行,降低了系统可靠性。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种全功率变流器智能监测预警系统,应用于全功率风机变流器运行健康指数监测。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型的全功率变流器智能监测预警系统,包括上位机、全功率变流器主控制板和电源模块,及与电源模块电连接的单片机、CAN通讯模块、以太网通讯模块和JTAG仿真接口模块;所述CAN通讯模块、以太网通讯模块和JTAG仿真接口模块与单片机电连接;所述以太网通讯模块与上位机通过以太网网络进行通讯;所述CAN通讯模块与全功率变流器主控制板通过CAN网络进行通讯。
进一步地,所述单片机为STM32芯片。
进一步地,所述电源模块包括TEN3电源芯片、LM1117电源芯片和LED电源指示灯。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的全功率变流器智能监测预警系统,对全功率变流器的运行进行实时监控,并有预警的作用,对问题能够提前发现并解决,有效保护全功率变流器硬件安全及整机系统安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的全功率变流器智能监测预警系统,包括上位机1、全功率变流器主控制板2和电源模块3,及与电源模块3电连接的单片机4、CAN通讯模块5、以太网通讯模块6和JTAG仿真接口模块7;所述CAN通讯模块5、以太网通讯模块6和JTAG仿真接口模块7与单片机4电连接;所述以太网通讯模块6与上位机1通过以太网网络进行通讯;所述CAN通讯模块5与全功率变流器主控制板2通过CAN网络进行通讯。
其中,所述单片机4为STM32芯片,其与CAN通讯模块5和以太网通讯模块6的连接方式为现有技术,在此不再详述。
所述电源模块3包括TEN3电源芯片、LM1117电源芯片和LED电源指示灯,由于电源模块3其具体电路为现有技术,在此不再详述。
如图2所示,本实用新型全功率变流器智能监测预警系统的运行步骤:
步骤一:系统上电,LED电源指示灯亮,单片机首先对系统进行初始化,时钟初始化,CAN通讯模块、以太网通讯模块初始化;
步骤二:单片机调用CAN数据处理任务程序,对通讯数据进行分类处理;
步骤三:单片机通过获取的各类别数据,调用智能监测预警系统;智能监控系统首先根据环境温度进入相关人工智能单元;然后根据运行功率进入相关人工智能单元;分别对变流器运行数据进行评估;
步骤四:单片机调用以太网数据发送任务程序,通过以太网通讯模块,将全功率变流器各项运行指标发送到上位机;
步骤五:上位机内根据获取的运行指数对操作员进行提示;
步骤六:操作人员对预警的单元进行人为检测,解决潜在的危机。
如图3所示,其步骤三调用的智能监测预警系统具体如下:包括母线电压判断单元、电网电压判断单元、网侧电流判断单元、机侧电流判断单元、机网侧电流对比单元、网侧模块温度判断单元、机侧模块温度判断单元及机网侧模块温度对比单元。
