本实用新型涉及到油缸领域，是一种带机械限位装置的油缸。
背景技术
在维修举升油缸或者支腿油缸时，用户需要将油缸停在一个位置长时间保持不动，在负载情况下油缸内泄，管路外泄和液压阀块内泄都会造成液压油缸下落，一旦发生这种情况势必对人的生命财产安全造成极大危害。行业内一般采用临时加装机械撑杆的方式来解决油缸下落的安全隐患，但临时加装的机械撑杆牢靠程度和地面结实程度都难以保证，操作人员人身安全同样面临威胁，如何采用机械限位方式锁住油缸不下落变得尤为重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种带机械限位装置的油缸。通过定位销方式限制活塞相对缸筒移动，活塞通过定位销卡死以后，活塞不能移动，从而避免了液压油路内泄和外泄造成的油缸下坠的安全隐患，保证了操作人员的人身安全。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种带机械限位装置的油缸，其特征是定位销穿过缸筒上的定位孔，插入活塞上的定位凹槽内；缸筒上有定位孔，活塞上定位凹槽，定位销上接有定位销操作手柄。
由于采用了上述技术方案，通过定位销方式实现油缸机械限位，结构简单，操作方便，避免了液压油缸内泄外泄造成的油缸下落安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1中，定位销2穿过缸筒3上的定位孔，插入活塞4上的定位凹槽内；缸筒3上有定位孔，活塞4上定位凹槽，定位销2上接有定位销操作手柄1。
在油缸需要进行机械限位时，活塞4移动到缸筒3内限位孔位置，此时下压定位销操作手柄1，定位销2穿过缸筒3的定位孔进入活塞4的凹槽内，定位销2同时位于缸筒3的定位孔和活塞4的凹槽内限制了活塞4移动，这样就实现油缸机械限位功能。解除限位时，拉动定位销操作手柄1，拔出定位销2，活塞4即可在缸筒3内移动。

1.一种带机械限位装置的油缸，其特征是定位销（2）穿过缸筒（3）上的定位孔，插入活塞（4）上的定位凹槽内；缸筒（3）上有定位孔，活塞（4）上定位凹槽，定位销（2）上接有定位销操作手柄（1）。
