本实用新型涉及到消防泵领域，是一种消防泵的自动放余水装置。其特征是泵壳的底部连接有放余水管道，放余水管道内有一个可以左右移动的密封小球，密封小球的两侧分别有左侧带孔凹形阀座和右侧带孔凹形阀座。由于采用了本技术方案，消防泵在抽真空和向外供水时阀门自动关闭，消防泵停止运转拆除吸水管后，阀门自动开启，放尽泵内余水。可以实现消防泵自动放尽余水的功能，减少人为因素的影响，避免泵内余水存留，使用方便。

背景技术
在冬季为防止消防泵余水结冰，使用后需要手动打开泵壳底部的放水球阀放尽泵壳内的余水，否则泵内余水结冰会将泵壳冻裂。由于放余水操作每次必须靠人工操作完成，但在极寒天气下操作不及时或者操作人员忘记都将造成余水结冰，为了避免人为因素的影响，需要一种便捷的防护措施。

本实用新型的目的是要提供一种消防泵的自动放余水装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种消防泵的自动放余水装置，其特征是泵壳的底部连接有放余水管道，放余水管道内有一个可以左右移动的密封小球，密封小球的两侧分别有左侧带孔凹形阀座和右侧带孔凹形阀座。
由于采用了上述技术方案，消防泵在抽真空和向外供水时阀门自动关闭，消防泵停止运转拆除吸水管后，阀门自动开启，放尽泵内余水。可以实现消防泵自动放尽余水的功能，减少人为因素的影响，避免泵内余水存留，使用方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1中，泵壳1的底部连接有放余水管道2，放余水管道2内有一个可以左右移动的密封小球4，密封小球4的两侧分别有左侧带孔凹形阀座3和右侧带孔凹形阀座5。
泵壳1抽取真空时，密封小球4在放余水管道2中在吸力作用下向左侧带孔凹形阀座3移动并堵塞左侧带孔凹形阀座3中的小孔，泵壳1完成抽真空。泵壳1向外泵水时，密封小球4在放余水管道2中在水压作用下向右侧带孔凹形阀座5移动并堵塞右侧带孔凹形阀座5中的小孔，泵壳1完成向外泵水。泵壳1泄压时，放余水管道2中没有压力，密封小球4在管道2中处于游离状态，泵壳1内余水通过余水管道2、左侧带孔凹形阀座3和右侧带孔凹形阀座5上的小孔排至泵外。这样就可以实现消防泵自动放余水。
