背景技术
食品制药工业企业里常常都会用到物料周转桶，作为物料密封储存周转之用。目前使用的物料周转桶大多由塑料和不锈钢材料制作，材料厚度薄、强度低，载满物料后很容易变形。桶体为直边型，卷口小，桶体与盖子对接后用卡箍难扣住，口卷边不严实，导致粉尘容易进入，造成清洗不方便，而且提升翻转、物料周转，安全性差，料桶无法叠放，占用面积大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种新型结构的物料周转桶，以克服现有食品制药行业使用的物料周转桶存在的缺陷。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种物料周转桶，包括桶体与桶盖，所述桶体为倒圆锥体状，由金属板材模压成型，桶口口径大于桶底底径，桶底部为圆弧过渡，桶体口部圆弧卷边并与桶壁紧密贴合，内注密封胶密封；所述桶盖由金属板材模压成型，桶盖内设有圆弧槽，圆弧槽内压入内半圆头硅胶密封圈，桶盖与桶体的口部紧密贴合后，由桶盖卡箍将其扣紧。
本实用新型的有益效果：桶体口部采用圆弧卷边并与桶壁紧密贴合，内注密封胶密封，不留缝隙，防止水及粉尘进入；桶底部圆弧过渡，不留死角；桶体以及桶盖由金属板材模压成型，强度好，不易变形，清洁方便；桶盖内设有圆弧槽，圆弧槽内压入内半圆头硅胶密封圈，清洗时可拉出，方便可靠。桶盖与桶体的口部紧密贴合后，由桶盖卡箍将其扣紧，达到快捷密封的效果。桶体为倒圆锥体状，桶底部为圆弧过渡，物料腾空后，将桶体清洗干净，方便叠放在一起，可多桶折叠、烘干、搬运、储放，不占很大空间。
为进一步加强桶体强度，桶体内壁压制台阶。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，本实施例提供的物料周转桶。包括桶体5与桶盖2。桶体5为倒圆锥体状，由金属板材模压成型，桶口口径大于桶底底径，桶底部为圆弧过渡，桶体口部圆弧卷边并与桶壁紧密贴合，内注复合密封胶密封，防止水、粉尘进入；桶体内壁压制台阶7，进一步加强桶体强度；桶体两侧对称焊接桶体把手6，方便于移动搬运；桶盖2由金属板材模压成型，经机械打磨抛光，桶盖内设有圆弧槽，圆弧槽内压入半圆弧型密封圈4，桶盖2与桶体5口部紧密贴合后，用桶盖卡箍1将其扣紧，达到密封的效果，桶盖2设有桶盖把手3，便于提携。
