技术领域
本实用新型涉及肺功能检测仪器一次性耗材的使用需求，适用于临床诊断呼吸系统疾病及职业健康体检筛查肺部及气道病变等领域。
背景技术
肺功能检查是呼吸及呼吸系统疾病诊治不可缺少的重要环节。常规肺功能检查时，受检者的呼吸道必须与肺功能仪的呼吸测试管道相连接，并要求受检者在这些复杂的呼吸回路与设备中进行最大努力的吸气与呼气动作。受检过程中，常常引起受检者咳嗽，故受检者用力呼吸或咳嗽时的唾液、余痰、飞沫、口腔分泌物、食物残渣等极易喷洒、黏附及沉积在检查仪器的表面或呼吸回路中，以及肺功能仪器腔内，造成污染。这些回路与设备常难以做到在每个受检者检查之后进行及时彻底清洗与消毒，易导致交叉感染的发生。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是研制了一种肺功能检查专用的一次性一体化呼吸过滤罩，充分改变原有咬嘴由于规格统一，与患者口腔牙齿结构不同而产生不舒适感，影响最佳呼吸检查的精准性，改变了原有的咬嘴直接接触，明显阻隔受检者呼出呼吸道病原菌的现象，较好地预防交叉感染，满足临床需要。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现：
肺功能检查专用一次性呼吸过滤罩，包括可以罩住用户嘴的ABS塑料面罩，与肺功能检查仪连接的连接管，面罩和连接管通过凸台和凹槽采用超声波焊接融合，使面罩和连接管形成一体，在面罩与连接管连接面之间设有超细聚丙烯纤维过滤介质。
所述的连接管尾部为锥面，用于与肺功能检查仪的软管连接，其锥角为30-35°。

过滤罩安装过程简单，将制作好的成品，连接到肺功能检查仪的软管上。一次性应用。
