背景技术
天然气在输送过程中需要使用燃气调压器。当前的燃气调压器包括带有进口、出口和调节腔的阀体，阀体内设置有阀口和底部带有阀座的阀杆，调节腔内设置有带有调压托盘的调压膜片，阀杆顶部与调压膜片相连接，调压膜片上面设置有调压弹簧和调压螺母。使用时，燃气由进口进入阀体，经阀口后由出口出来。正常情况下，调压膜片下面腔体内的气体压力与调压弹簧保持均衡，阀座与阀口保持一定距离。当进口、出口气体压力出现变化时，调压膜片下面腔体内的气体压力与调压弹簧均衡打破，调压膜片上下移动，带动阀杆上下移动，阀座与阀口距离变大或变小，从而调节调压器出口压力，直至关闭。这种调压器受进口压力的大小，直接影响其体积及受力面积，影响其稳压精度，最高进口压力小。

本实用新型所提供的活塞稳压燃气调压器，使用时，燃气由进口2进入阀体1，经阀口5后由出口3出来。正常情况下，调压膜片9下面腔体内的气体压力与调压弹簧10保持均衡，阀座6与阀口5保持一定距离。当进口2、出口3气体压力出现变化时，调压膜片9下面腔体内的气体压力与调压弹簧10均衡打破，调压膜片9上下移动，带动阀杆7上下移动，阀杆7带着活塞体13在筒体14内上下移动，阀杆7的上下移动带动底部的阀座6与阀口5距离变大或变小，从而调节调压器出口3压力，直至关闭。活塞体13为球形设计，单O型圈12，活塞体13与筒体14留有一定的间隙，弥补加工误差带来的不同心度，保证使用效果。
