技术领域
本实用新型涉及发泡板材的生产机械领域，具体地说是一种用于发泡机原材料在输送过程中进行料物搅拌的装置。
背景技术
传统的发泡机都是由推料机筒将原料通过供料筒的供料嘴直接送到输料管的，其缺点是，原材料在进入推料机筒时往往存在搅拌不匀的问题，影响了成品板材的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决推料机筒将原料直接送入输料管，原料搅拌不匀影响了成品发泡板质量的问题，设计一种空腔丝杆的绞龙送料装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种发泡机绞龙送料装置，包括推料机筒和供料筒，其特殊之处是，在推料机筒的和供料筒之间装有进料模，推料机筒内装有推料机构，推料机构的前面装有法兰座，法兰座的前面装有前置的绞龙，绞龙丝杆内留有液体循环空腔，绞龙位于进料模和供料筒内。
工作时，发泡原料从进料模进入供料筒，启动绞龙对原料进行搅拌，丝杆空腔内的液体不断循环保持一定的温度，当一部分原料混合均匀后，启动推料机构向前推动法兰座、绞龙，将原料推入下个工序后，推料机构后退拉动法兰座、绞龙复位，以此往复进行。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种结构新颖，能将发泡原料充分搅拌均匀的送料装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图所示，在推料机筒2和供料筒8之间装有进料模4，推料机筒2内装有推料机构1，推料机构1的前面装有法兰座3，法兰座3的前面装有前置的绞龙5，绞龙丝杆7内留有液体循环空腔6，绞龙5位于进料模4和供料筒8内。
工作时，发泡原料从进料模4进入供料筒8，启动绞龙5对原料进行搅拌，丝杆空腔6内的液体不断循环保持一定的温度，当一部分原料混合均匀后，启动推料机构1向前推动法兰座3、绞龙5，将原料推入下个工序后，推料机构1后退拉动法兰座3、绞龙5复位，以此往复进行。
