技术领域
本实用新型涉及消防应急照明设备领域，具体涉及一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构。
背景技术
按照国家规定，公共建筑物应在不同位置，安装相应指示标志的消防应急灯具，当消防应急灯具位置变动时，都需要根据要求更换标志面板来改变灯具的指示标志，现有的消防应急灯具更换标志面板时需要把先灯具的边框分拆开，然后把标志面板取出进行更换，最后还要重新把边框组装起来，不仅操作不便、耗时，还容易损坏灯具；所以，如何实现对标志面板进行快速安装、更换简单是业内亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，以解决现有消防应急灯具的标志面板安装费事、更换困难的技术问题。
为了实现上文所描述的目的，本实用新型提供一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，包括壳体，具有凹槽；标志面板，配置在壳体中并且垂直于壳体凹槽；卡固件，配置在壳体内并且垂直于标志面板，用于固定标志面板于壳体。
所述壳体的凹槽向标志面板一侧设有垂直于标志面板的贯穿孔，贯穿孔向所述凹槽方向的侧面设有两条卡槽，卡槽之间设有凸起的固件端。
所述卡固件设有固板端，垂直于所述固板端设有和所述壳体凹槽配对的侧壁，侧壁折向固板端方向并往下延伸设有卡固端，所述卡固端设有和壳体固件端配对的固件孔，所述卡固端向侧壁方向设有斜面。
所述卡固件由弹性塑料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在：一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，利用卡固件把标志面板固置在壳体上，达到快速安装标志面板的目的；当需要更换标志面板时，只需取出卡固件，便可以更换标志面板，最后组装上卡固件，不仅安装方便，更换简单，而且还减低损害灯具的风险。

具体实施方式
在下文中将参考附图来描述本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型提供一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，包括壳体2，具有凹槽21；标志面板1，配置在壳体2中并且垂直于凹槽21；卡固件3，固定标志面板1于壳体2；壳体2的凹槽21向标志面板1一侧设有垂直于标志面板1的贯穿孔24，贯穿孔24向凹槽21方向的侧面设有两条卡槽22，卡槽22之间设有凸起的固件端23；卡固件3设有固板端31，垂直于固板端31设有和凹槽21配对的侧壁32，侧壁32折向固板端31方向并往下延伸设有卡固端33，卡固端33设有和固件端23配对的固件孔34，卡固端23朝侧壁32方向设有斜面35；卡固件3由弹性塑料制成。
把标志面板1放置在壳体2内，将卡固端33正对卡槽22，施力于固板端31，把卡固件3推向壳体2，卡固件3沿着卡槽22向下移动，最终使固件端23嵌于固件孔34，侧壁32嵌于凹槽21，固板端31固置于标志面板1表面，达到快速安装标志面板1的目的。
当需要更换标志面板1时，使一字螺丝刀通过贯穿孔24置于卡固件3的斜面35上，施力于一字螺丝刀，使得固件孔34与固件端23脱离，再施力固板端31，使卡固件3从壳体2中脱离，然后更换标志面板1，最后按上述步骤组装卡固件3，该结构不仅安装方便，更换简单，而且还减低损害灯具的风险。

1.一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，其技术特征在于：包括壳体，具有凹槽；
标志面板，配置在外壳内，并且垂直于壳体凹槽；
卡固件，配置在壳体内，并且垂直于标志面板，把标志面板固置于壳体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，其特征在于：所述壳体的凹槽向标志面板一侧设有垂直于标志面板的贯穿孔，贯穿孔向所述凹槽方向的侧面设有两条卡槽，卡槽之间设有凸起的固件端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，其特征在于：所述卡固件设有固板端，垂直于所述固板端设有和所述壳体凹槽配对的侧壁，侧壁折向固板端方向并往下延伸设有卡固端，所述卡固端设有和壳体固件端配对的固件孔，所述卡固端向侧壁方向设有斜面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防应急灯具的标志面板安装结构，其特征在于：所述卡固件由弹性塑料制成。
