本实用新型有效地解决了给垃圾桶换垃圾袋不方便的问题，节省时间。此外，需要换垃圾袋时，从垃圾桶下方的长条形进袋口处抽取垃圾袋，然后将垃圾袋套在垃圾桶即可。本实用新型操作便捷，结构简单。
