本实用新型涉及一种填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋,主要包括长条气球、硬纸壳外壳和外层缠绕的胶带或细绳。具体为长条气球作为装水水袋,表面用胶带或细绳缠绕硬纸壳,两端用胶带缠绕硬纸壳以固定水袋,克服了水袋状态不固定的问题,提高水袋强度,有效防止填塞水袋时发生破裂,提高装药效率。该自制水袋具有成本低廉、材料易得、工艺简单和使用方便的优点,而且可以根据炮孔孔深和孔径制作相适应的填塞水袋。

本实用新型涉及一种爆破用水袋,特别是一种填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋。
背景技术
煤矿井下煤尘爆炸同瓦斯爆炸一样都属于矿井中的重大灾难事故,煤尘爆炸带来的生命财产损失不可估量,工作中要高度重视。煤矿井下爆破会产生大量煤尘,而且在适当条件下,井下爆破是属于可能引燃煤尘爆炸的高温热源,因此,进行井下爆破时要进行必要的降尘工作。煤矿井下爆破炮孔填塞水袋可以在爆破时起到一定的降尘作用,可以有效防止煤尘爆炸,一般的煤矿井下用的水袋不是成本太高,就是填塞不方便容易破损,现在可以制作一种成本低廉、制作材料易得、工艺简单和使用方便的填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的水袋。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以简单制作的填塞井下爆破炮孔的水袋,此制作简单的水袋的制作材料方便易得且价格低廉,使用过程中十分方便而且不易破损。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:一种填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋,包括装水的长条气球和包裹在长条气球外表面的硬纸壳,用胶带或细绳缠绕以固定,以及两端用胶带固定的硬纸壳。
进一步的,自制水袋的直径可根据不同炮孔的孔径进行制作。
本实用新型具有以下特点:
1.造价成本低,制作原料方便易得;
2.制作工艺比较简单;
3.使用方便,直径可以调整。

具体实施方式
阅图1,采用廉价易得的长条气球1用来装水,长条气球1装满水后,用硬纸壳2将长条气球1包裹,然后根据炮孔孔径的大小,用胶带3进行缠绕固定,以方便自制水袋4填塞炮孔,两端用胶带3固定长条气球1。

1.一种填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋,其特征在于可以用廉价易得的长条气球作为水袋,水袋外包裹一层硬纸壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋,其特征在于包裹方法采用胶带缠绕或细绳捆扎,两端用胶布缠绕硬纸壳以固定水袋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的填塞煤矿井下爆破炮孔的自制水袋,其特征在自制水袋的直径可以根据不同炮孔的孔径进行制作。
