本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的：所述铰接式橄榄状首饰，包括顶托、底托和多个花瓣，多个花瓣的内端铰接在顶托的周边；另外再有多个花瓣，其内端铰接在底托的周边，顶托上花瓣的外端，分别与底托上相应花瓣的外端铰接；顶托的顶部设有吊环。
本实用新型的积极效果如下：由于花瓣与顶托和底托相铰接，顶托上的花瓣与底托的花瓣相铰接，所以向外拉动顶托和底托时，整个首饰就会变成橄榄状，若将顶托和底托向里压，整个首饰就会变成圆饼状，首饰形状的可变性，提高了首饰的美感，避免了单调乏味。
