Abstract

背景技术
原来C形母排（如图1所示）的固定是通过对垂直排底部冲孔来实现，这多多少少会破坏整体结构的内应力，影响槽口尺寸公差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于：为解决以上问题提供一种双C型结构的新型母排，不破坏结构内应力、不影响槽口尺寸公差、散热性能增强和载流量加大、提高了机械强度。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样的：
一种新型母排，所述母排截面结构为两个C型结构背对背一体化成型，其中一侧为用于固定母排的螺栓卡槽，另一侧为弹簧铜片插接模块。
综上所述，由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型母排呈双C结构，采用螺栓卡槽式连接方式代替传统冲孔连接，不破坏结构内应力、不影响槽口尺寸公差；母排料材厚度降低，但表面积增加，提高了散热性能和加大了母排的载流量；异型结构，提高了机械强度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图2所述，一种新型母排，所述母排1截面结构为两个C型结构背对背一体化成型，其中一侧为用于固定母排的T型螺栓卡槽2，取代传统的冲孔连接方式，不破坏结构内应力、不影响槽口尺寸公差；另一侧为弹簧铜片插接模块3，两片弹簧铜片可选择性的使用插接面式连接方式代替传统的插接口式，连接更可靠。
本实用新型相对传统母排1横截面外径不变，降低了料材厚度，同时增加了表面积，提高了母排1散热性能和加大了母排的载流量。
