本实用新型鞋类绝缘性能和瞬间绝缘性能检测仪由检测仪底座、检测水槽、高压测试仪、电流表构成,检测水槽放置在平整的检测仪底座上,试样鞋放置在检测水槽内,检测水槽放置淹过试样鞋鞋面的水,在试样鞋内放有直径为3.5mm不锈钢钢珠,不锈钢钢珠的堆积高度为30mm;高压测试仪一端与试样鞋内不锈钢钢珠接触连接,另一端串联电流表后与检测水槽中的水相连接。
本实用新型具有结构合理,操作简便,能客观检测出鞋类绝缘性能和瞬间绝缘性能的特点。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型鞋类绝缘性能和瞬间绝缘性能检测仪由检测仪底座1、检测水槽2、高压测试仪3、电流表4构成,检测水槽2放置在平整的检测仪底座1上,试样鞋5放置在检测水槽2内,检测水槽2放置淹过试样鞋5鞋面的水6,在试样鞋5内放有直径为3.5mm不锈钢钢珠7,不锈钢钢珠7的堆积高度为30mm;高压测试仪3一端与试样鞋5内不锈钢钢珠7接触连接,另一端串联电流表4后与检测水槽2中的水6相连接。
检测绝缘性能时,打开高压测试仪3和电流表4的电源开关,测试电压从0伏电压开始,以最快1KV/s速度升压,当电压达到规定电压时,持续保持三分钟,记录电流表4电流变化值,即可判断其绝缘性能。
检测瞬间绝缘性能时,打开高压测试仪3和电流表4的电源开关,测试电压从0伏电压开始,以最快1KV/s速度升压,当电压达到规定电压时,立即以同样速度降低到0v,关掉高压测试仪3和电流表4的电源开关,取出试样鞋5,通过检测试样鞋5是否被放电击穿,即可判断其瞬间绝缘性能。

1.一种鞋类绝缘性能和瞬间绝缘性能检测仪,其特征是由检测仪底座(1)、检测水槽(2)、高压测试仪(3)、电流表(4)构成,检测水槽(2)放置在平整的检测仪底座(1)上,试样鞋(5)放置在检测水槽(2)内,检测水槽(2)放置淹过试样鞋(5)鞋面的水(6),在试样鞋(5)内放有直径为3.5mm不锈钢钢珠(7),不锈钢钢珠(7)的堆积高度为30mm;高压测试仪(3)一端与试样鞋(5)内不锈钢钢珠(7)接触连接,另一端串联电流表(4)后与检测水槽(2)中的水(6)相连接。
