铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料，在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。随着近年来科学技术以及工业经济的飞速发展，对铝合金焊接结构件的需求日益增多，使铝合金的焊接性研究也随之深入。铝合金被用于门窗，采用铝合金挤压型材为框、梃、扇料制作的门窗称为铝合金门窗，简称铝门窗。铝合金门窗包括以铝合金作受力杆件（承受并传递自重和荷载的杆件）基材的和木材、塑料复合的门窗，简称铝木复合门窗、铝塑复合门窗。
现有的技术中存在的铝合金挤压型材的结构不牢固，易变形，密封性不好，而且普片存在耗材大等缺陷，同时也存在安装不变等问题。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，组装方便，隔热密封性能好，加工工艺简化，稳定牢固的内开门转换料。

一种内开门转换料，包括上、下两型框，其特征在于：所述上、下两型框的相邻端面上设有隔热条卡槽，且在隔热条卡槽内卡接有隔热条，所述上型框的右侧壁上设有连接槽，所述下型框的底部设有底板，且在底板的右端面上表面设有密封槽。
