跌打扭伤初始宜用冷敷处理，中国实用新型专利ZL201120469396.6“冷敷贴”就是一种包括背衬层，在背衬层上设有凝胶层，在凝胶层上覆盖有防粘层的冷敷贴。由于受伤会发生在人体的各个部位，则需要冷敷的面积有大有小。但上述冷敷贴是以张为单位的，大小由生产时确定，在使用时不能根据需要变化大小。

针对上述不足，本实用新型就是要提供一种具备割裂结构而可在使用时选取大小的冷敷贴。

1、如图1、2所示，一冷敷贴，由背衬层1、凝胶层2、防粘层3三层合成，冷敷贴平面上有纵横相交的分割线，分割线将整张冷敷贴划分成多个相同单元。所述分割线是由长腰形通孔排列而成的，各长腰形孔之间有小点相隔，使分割线两侧单元相连而易被撕开。
