本实用新型涉及一种充电桩用弹簧电缆。
背景技术
充电枪依靠充电枪连接线与充电桩连接,充电枪放置在充电桩上的枪托上,而充电枪连接线往往是散落在地上,当需要充电时,将充电枪从枪托上取下,然后将充电枪连接线拖拽到电动车的充电插座处,将充电枪与充电插座连接,进行充电。
目前现有技术缺陷在于:
其一,因为充电枪连接线是散落在地上的,占用的空间比较大,十分容易被来往的人踩到,更甚至被电动车压到,使充电枪连接线外部的绝缘皮会十分快速的破损,更换起来成本非常高,而且发现不及时会造成触电等意外事故的发生。
其二,因为电动车一般为电动汽车,而电动汽车的充电电压十分高,充电电流非常大,所以制作充电枪连接线的电缆较粗,为了保证充电枪连接线足够延伸到充电插座,其长度也往往较长,这样充电枪连接线的重量会非常重,拖拽十分不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可以在自身弹性回复力作用下自行回缩的弹簧电缆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种充电桩用弹簧电缆,包括若干根电源线、若干根信号控制线和护套,若干根电源线和若干根信号控制线绞合成缆并位于护套内,护套与电源线/信号控制线之间设置有弹簧钢丝使电缆呈弹簧状。
优选地,进一步设置收纳箱,该收纳箱用以收容所述弹簧电缆。
本实用新型充电桩用弹簧电缆在护套与电源线/信号控制线之间设置有弹簧钢丝使电缆呈弹簧状,弹簧电缆在充电工作完成后,在其自身弹性回复力的作用下自行回缩,不必人工缠绕,省时省力。

2.如权利要求1所述的充电桩用弹簧电缆,其特征在于:进一步设置收纳箱,该收纳箱用以收容所述弹簧电缆。
