背景技术
目前,在工农业生产中使用电焊机,空载时耗电量普遍较大,一般为500-1500瓦,为节约能源,要求操作人员每停止一次焊接,就关掉电焊机电源是不现实的,尤其是对高空远距离的焊件的焊接就更不容易实现;有时工人吃饭或下班都忘记关掉电源,这样,就白白浪费了许多电能,还会降低电网的功率因素,甚至会造成人身出点伤亡事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种更为节能环保的节能电焊机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:节能电焊机,在焊枪的焊把上设置断电控制模块,断电控制模块依次与电源模块、无线发射模块连接,所述的无线发射模块与无线接收模块相连接,所述无线接收模块连接在焊机电源线上,所述断电控制模块分别与手动开关和计时器相连,所述计时器连接检测模块;优选的,所述无线接收模块通过稳压电路、滤波电路和变压器并联在焊机电源线两端。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的节能电焊机能够通过检测模块、计时器、断电控制模块实时地检测出电焊机的工作状态,并能自动断开电源,当需要焊接时,通过焊把上的手动开关,使电焊机处在正常工作电压下正常使用,不仅节约有功电能,还使无功损耗降低为零,节电效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示:节能电焊机,在焊枪1的焊把上设置断电控制模块2,断电控制模块2依次与电源模块3、无线发射模块4连接,所述的无线发射模块4与无线接收模块5相连接,所述无线接收模块5连接在焊机电源线上,所述断电控制模块2分别与手动开关22和计时器21相连,所述计时器21连接检测模块23;优选的,所述无线接收模块5通过稳压电路、滤波电路和变压器并联在焊机电源线两端。
所述检测模块23能检测焊枪1工作与否,并将焊枪1是否工作的信息传递给计时器21,计时器21开始记时,当停止焊接15-20秒后,计时器21将断电信息传递给断电控制模块2,断电控制模块2断开,此时无线发射模块4不工作,焊机不工作。
当焊工需要进行焊接时,也可以直接通过手动开关22控制断电控制模块2的闭合与断开,电源模块3向无线发射模块4供电,无线发射模块4开始工作并发送信号给无线接收模块5,当无线接收模块5开始工作后,焊机6得电开始工作。

1.节能电焊机,其特征在于:焊枪(1)的焊把上设置断电控制模块(2),断电控制模块(2)依次与电源模块(3)、无线发射模块(4)连接,所述的无线发射模块(4)与无线接收模块(5)相连接,所述无线接收模块(5)连接在焊机(6)电源线上,所述断电控制模块(2)分别与手动开关(22)和计时器(21)相连,所述计时器(21)连接检测模块(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能电焊机,其特征在于:所述无线接收模块(5)通过稳压电路、滤波电路和变压器并联在焊机(6)电源线两端。
