Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 随着资源匮乏现象的日益严重,再生能源回收工程越来越被社会所重视,而垃圾分类是再生能源回收的先前条件之一,也是相对垃圾收集处置传统方式的改革,还是对垃圾进行有效处置的一种科学管理方法。人们在面对日益增长的垃圾产量和环境状况恶化的局面,如何通过垃圾智能分类管理,最大限度地实现垃圾资源利用,减少垃圾处置量,改善生存环境质量,是当前世界各国共同关注的迫切问题之一。然而,目前人们的垃圾分类意识还不强,因而急需一种垃圾智能回收系统,用以培养人们的垃圾分类意识。现有的智能垃圾分类回收箱结构主要包括外壳及其内的箱体和垃圾箱消毒装置,通过刷卡的形式自动开门。现有的智能垃圾分类回收箱存在的不足包括以下几点:1.没有自动门防夹手的功能,自动开门到达限定的时间门会自动关上,如果倒垃圾的动作没有完成容易夹手,另外门如果卡住垃圾袋也会在电机的作用下强行关门;2.垃圾箱消毒装置的安装结构不合理。
发明内容
[0003]为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消毒装置结构合理,垃圾投放门具有防夹手功能,使用方便的带有消毒装置的智能垃圾分类回收箱。

[0006]作为优选,防夹手装置包括底板、接触开关和开关座,底板处于垃圾投放门的下方,底板通过转轴连接在垃圾投放门上,底板沿转轴在垃圾投放门上转动实现与接触开关的接触或分离;接触开关与控制器相连,接触开关安装在开关座上,开关座固定在垃圾投放门的背面上。
[0007]作为优选,每个垃圾箱四个角的上方分别安装有喷头。
[0008]采用上述技术方案的带有垃圾箱消毒功能的智能垃圾分类回收箱,消毒装置包括水箱及与其相连的多个喷头,喷头处于外壳内垃圾箱的上方,水箱安装在外壳的外侧壁上,水箱给喷头供水,同时用于存放水和消毒液,为了便于添加水和消毒液,水箱安装在外壳的外侧,结构合理。垃圾投放门上设有防夹手装置,避免了因机器自动操作而产生危险,当物体触碰到防夹手装置的时候,垃圾箱门就不会强行关闭,提高了使用的安全性。该带有垃圾箱消毒功能的智能垃圾分类回收箱的优点是消毒装置安装结构合理,垃圾投放门具有防夹手功能。

2、控制器、外壳1内的垃圾箱12和自动门装置,外壳1的前面板上设有垃圾投放门11、自动开门感应装置5和显示屏,自动门装置和电源均连接控制器。
[0013]垃圾投放门11上设有防夹手装置3,防夹手装置3与控制器相连,垃圾投放门11顶部转动连接在前面板上,防夹手装置3安装在垃圾投放门11的底部上。防夹手装置3包括底板31、接触开关和开关座32,底板31处于垃圾投放门11的下方,底板31通过转轴连接在垃圾投放门11上,底板31沿转轴在垃圾投放门11底部转动实现与接触开关的接触或分离。接触开关与控制器相连,接触开关安装在开关座32上,开关座32固定在垃圾投放门11的背面上。防夹手装置3是为了避免因智能垃圾分类回收箱自动操作产生危险,其原理是接触开关连接自动门装置的电机回路中,一旦物体挡住关门时,防夹紧装置的底板会因为东西阻挡转动而触碰到接触开关,接触开关动作切断自动门装置的回路,垃圾投放门就不会强行关闭,通过防夹手装置使得整个电动缸随时可以停止工作,提高了整个智能垃圾分类回收箱的安全性能,使用更加人性化。
[0014]自动门装置是电动缸4,电动缸的机座41固定在外壳1上,电动缸4的活动杆42连接在垃圾投放门11的背面上,放垃圾时垃圾不会碰到活动杆42,结构合理使用方便。
[0015]外壳1上设有消毒装置6,消毒装置包括水箱62及与其相连的多个喷头61,喷头61处于外壳1内,每个垃圾箱四个角的上方分别安装一个喷头61;水箱62给喷头61供水,同时用于存放水和消毒液,为了便于加水和消毒液,水箱62安装在外壳1的外侦彳。通过控制器控制喷头61定时向垃圾箱12内喷洒药水,对垃圾箱12内的垃圾进行消毒杀菌,可以避免垃圾中的细菌危害到人体。
[0016]称重平台14处于垃圾箱12的下方。外壳1的顶面上设有太阳能电池板13。外壳1内设有垃圾箱容量监测器7。

1.带有垃圾箱消毒功能的智能垃圾分类回收箱,包括外壳、电源、控制器、外壳内的垃圾箱、消毒装置和自动门装置,外壳的前面板上设有垃圾投放门和自动开门感应装置;自动门装置和电源均连接控制器;其特征在于:垃圾投放门上设有防夹手装置,防夹手装置与控制器相连,垃圾投放门顶部转动连接在前面板上,防夹手装置安装在垃圾投放门的底部上;消毒装置包括水箱及与其相连的多个喷头,喷头处于外壳内垃圾箱的上方,水箱安装在外壳的外侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有垃圾箱消毒功能的智能垃圾分类回收箱,其特征在于防夹手装置包括底板、接触开关和开关座,底板处于垃圾投放门的下方,底板通过转轴连接在垃圾投放门上,底板沿转轴在垃圾投放门上转动实现与接触开关的接触或分离;接触开关与控制器相连,接触开关安装在开关座上,开关座固定在垃圾投放门的背面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有垃圾箱消毒功能的智能垃圾分类回收箱,其特征在于每个垃圾箱四个角的上方分别安装有喷头。
