技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种设置有环保型防风、防水、防尘通风装置的配电箱。
背景技术
随着中国经济的高速发展和城市化进程的加快，电力供应的需求也随之增加，而电力设施一般均配置了较多的移动配电设备，有高压开关柜、电力变压器和低压动力配电设备等等；这些设备长期处于露天环境中运行，如何处理配电设备的通风、散热、防水和防尘问题已显得极为重要，处理不好，设备经常会因过热、绝缘性能下降等而造成设备故障，从而造成较大的损失。
而低压成套开关设备的防护和散热本身就是一对矛盾体，按目前国内、外的做法，为了开关柜的内部电器元件的散热，一般须在开关柜的顶部或上侧面开设散热孔，但散热孔的设置又会使得水、灰尘、甚至小动物等进入到开关柜的内部，影响甚至破坏开关柜的正常运行。在实地配置过程中，经常是根据现场作业环境和设备运行的要求在防水防尘和散热之间寻找一个平衡点，即IP防护等级。IP防护等级越高，散热孔的孔径会减小，柜体散热的效果就变差，设备只能做降容处理；反之IP防护等级越低，孔径一般就较大，柜体散热的效果显著上升，但也使得灰尘、水等杂质进入柜体内部的机率提高。
因此，如何解决上述问题成为本领域技术人员亟需攻克的难题。
实用新型内容
针对背景技术中存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种设置有环保型防风、防水、防尘通风装置的配电箱，该配电箱通过设置通风装置在满足通风换热的同时，实现了防水、防尘和防小动物钻入的目标；且该配电箱的通风量可通过调整通风口的总面积来调节。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种设置有环保型防风、防水、防尘通风装置的配电箱，所述配电箱的箱体上设置有若干个通风装置；所述通风装置包括内弯板和外弯板；所述内弯板和外弯板相互贴合构成所述通风装置；所述内弯板上设置有若干条U型凹槽，所述外弯板上与所述U型凹槽对应处同样设置有若干条U型凹槽；所述内弯板上U型凹槽的上表面上设置有通风口，所述外弯板上U型凹槽的下表面上设置有通风口；所述内弯板上的U型凹槽、外弯板上的U型凹槽、以及所述通风孔共同构成了所述通风装置的通风通道；所述通风装置立式布设在配电箱上，且所述外弯板朝向配电箱的外侧设置。
进一步，所述内弯板上U型凹槽的下表面设置成斜面，以利于进入所述通风通道的水或灰尘经所述外弯板上U型凹槽上的通风口排出。
进一步，所述通风口的形状为矩形、圆形或菱形的任一种。
进一步，所述内弯板和外弯板的材质为镀锌钢板、冷轧钢板或不锈钢板的任一种。
进一步，所述内弯板和外弯板分体设置，所述内弯板和外弯板由镀锌钢板、冷轧钢板或不锈钢板经数控设备加工后对接构成所述通风装置。
进一步，所述内弯板和外弯板一体设置，所述通风装置是由注塑性材料经成型模具注塑而成。

如图1-5所示，本申请提供了一种设置有环保型防风、防水、防尘通风装置的配电箱，该配电箱的箱体上设置有若干个通风装置；该通风装置包括内弯板1和外弯板2；内弯板1和外弯板2相互贴合构成本申请的通风装置；其中,内弯板1上设置有若干条U型凹槽3，外弯板上与U型凹槽3对应处同样设置有若干条U型凹槽4；内弯板1上U型凹槽3的上表面上设置有通风口5，而外弯板2上U型凹槽4的下表面上设置有通风口6；内弯板上的U型凹槽3、外弯板上的U型凹槽4、以及通风孔5和6共同构成了本申请的通风装置的通风通道；通风装置使用时立式布设在配电箱上，且外弯板2朝向配电箱的外侧设置。
优选地，本申请的内弯板1上U型凹槽3的下表面7设置成斜面，以利于进入通风通道的水或灰尘经外弯板2上U型凹槽4上的通风口6排出；此外，本申请的通风口5和6的形状为矩形、圆形或菱形的任一种；当然，通风口5和6的还可以为设置为其他异形形状，且通风口5和6的开口大小可根据通风量的大小而定。
本申请的内弯板1和外弯板2的材质为镀锌钢板、冷轧钢板或不锈钢板的任一种；内弯板1和外弯板2可以分体设置，内弯板1和外弯板2由镀锌钢板、冷轧钢板或不锈钢板经数控设备加工后相互贴合构成本申请的通风装置；内弯板1和外弯板2也可以采用一体设置，此时，通风装置是由注塑性材料经成型模具注塑而成。
本申请的通风装置还适用于各种防尘、防砂、防水、防小动物等需要与室外通风、换热的建筑体、箱体、壳体；如户外建筑、房屋以及各种特种设备。另外，根据通风的性质本申请的通风装置还可以户内外转换使用。
优选地，本申请的内弯板1和外弯板2上的U型凹槽3和U型凹槽4的轴线为直线；当然，根据需要也可以设置为波浪线、锯齿线等线型。

2.根据权利要求1所述的设置有环保型防风、防水、防尘通风装置的配电箱，其特征在于，所述内弯板上U型凹槽的下表面设置成斜面，以利于进入所述通风通道的水或灰尘经所述外弯板上U型凹槽上的通风口排出。
