技术领域
本实用新型涉及自动化门窗领域,具体是一种风光互补多功能卷帘门。
背景技术
电动卷帘门是以多关节活动的门片串联在一起,起动由电动机组带动,卷帘门在固定的滑道内,以门上方卷轴为中心转动上下的门。适用于商业门面、车库、商场、医院、厂矿企业等公共场所或住宅。尤其是门洞较大,不便安装地面门体的地方起到方便、快捷开启作用。如用于车库门、商场防火卷帘门飞机库门。
卷帘门具体有以下几种分类:
电动卷帘门,门体采用高强度镀锌钢板坚固耐用外型美观。门板由20公分或80公分主装一体成型,外观经过多层烤漆特有的抗锈蚀化学镀膜处理层,不易沾灰、油污永不生锈等特点。光泽:色泽鲜明,防腐蚀;使得门在任何位置都具有很好的平衡状态,门体导轨两侧和帘片装有静音毛条,而且消声导槽具有的独特静音系统使得门体在任何位置都具有很好的平衡系统和开启无故障无噪音,大大增加了门体的使用寿命。
欧式卷帘门,固名词义就是欧洲风格的卷帘门窗。帘片采用双层渡锌钢板辊扎一次性而成,中间填充环抱型材聚氨脂发泡具有隔音、隔热、保温作用,表面经过多层烧铸处理(多层烤漆处理),表面纹理清晰高雅,坚固耐用,适合现代人们的环保观念,环保绿色对人体没有任何伤害。此种保温材料保温、隔音、防尘、防水等,帘片表面具有自清洁、耐腐蚀、抗老化的效果。
钢制防火卷帘门是新一代防火耐防材料,有普通型(单片)和复合型两种型号,复合型钢制防火卷帘门(无需水幕保护)由内外双片帘板组成,中间填充防火保护材料(盐棉),帘板全部采用热轧镀锌板材,具有造型新颖、内外平整美观、钢性强、密封性好,耐火性能稳定,具有电动和手动启闭双功能。并兼有与烟感、温感报警系统联动,遇有火情可实现自动控制,也可以由消防中央控制室实现总控制。
现有的卷帘门装置虽然多种多样,但是并没有自己提供能源的功能,当卷帘门停电时,往往由于没电导致门无法关闭,这样无疑造成了一些麻烦,而且现有的卷帘门也没有其他功能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,包括供能模块和投影幕布模块,其供能模块的特征是:整个卷帘门收纳盒为长方体结构,其下侧面有一开口,开口内布置有卷帘门门板分块,每个卷帘门门板分块上嵌套有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板直接连接有电线装置,电线装置与卷帘门收纳盒内部左上方的蓄电池装置相连;卷帘门收纳盒的左右两端对称横向设置有两台四风叶的风力发电机。
进一步地,所述的一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,其投影幕布模块的特征是:投影幕布收纳盒布置在卷帘门收纳盒的外侧表面,投影仪幕布收纳盒下侧设置有一开口,开口内布置有下垂的投影仪幕布,投影仪木幕布收纳盒下端布置有条带状的LED灯条,投影仪幕布驱动电机布置在投影幕布收纳盒的内部右端。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本装置通过太阳能和风能来给卷帘门装置提供能源,解决了停电无法开关卷帘门的麻烦,太阳能电池和风力发电机提供的电能储存在蓄电池中,蓄电池给整个卷帘门提供能源,而且卷帘门装置上安装的投影仪幕布可以额外给用户带来独特的体验,整个设施实现完全自主供能,且多功能的特点,必将深受人们喜爱。

进一步地,所述的一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,其投影幕布模块的特征是:投影幕布收纳盒(4)布置在卷帘门收纳盒(3)的外侧表面,投影仪幕布收纳盒(4)下侧设置有一开口,开口内布置有下垂的投影仪幕布(5),投影仪木幕布收纳盒(4)下端布置有条带状的LED灯条(7),投影仪幕布驱动电机(2)布置在投影幕布收纳盒(4)的内部右端。

1.一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,包括供能模块和投影幕布模块,其供能模块的特征是:整个卷帘门收纳盒为长方体结构,其下侧面有一开口,开口内布置有卷帘门门板分块,每个卷帘门门板分块上嵌套有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板直接连接有电线装置,电线装置与卷帘门收纳盒内部左上方的蓄电池装置相连;卷帘门收纳盒的左右两端对称横向设置有两台四风叶的风力发电机。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种风光互补多功能卷帘门,其投影幕布模块的特征是:投影幕布收纳盒布置在卷帘门收纳盒的外侧表面,投影仪幕布收纳盒下侧设置有一开口,开口内布置有下垂的投影仪幕布,投影仪木幕布收纳盒下端布置有条带状的LED灯条,投影仪幕布驱动电机布置在投影幕布收纳盒的内部右端。
