本实用新型涉及一种构造简单,方便实用,体积小巧,能够充分利用太阳能产生热力兼产生电力,且能够调节朝阳面的光能产热器。
背景技术
现如今无论是工业还是家用的热能大都是利用煤炉产生的热力,煤炉产热必然要消耗大量的煤炭资源,同时污染环境,无论是从可持续的发展角度还是环境保护的角度都不是长远之计,现如今,光能是最洁净且可再生的能源之一,光能发电在当今已经得到了足够的重视,可是光能产热大都还只是停留在家用太阳能热水器的阶段,因此光能产热的资源在工业或者更多生活方面的利用度还有很多空白之处,这需要一批可利用光能转化为热能的装置来填补这一空白。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供的种构造简单,方便实用,体积小巧,能够充分利用太阳能产生热力兼产生电力,且能够调节朝阳面的光能产热器。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种光能产热器,包括加热管,其特征在于:所述的加热管的外侧壁设置有一层吸热涂层,加热管外设置有一层钢化玻璃罩,所述的钢化玻璃罩与加热管之间设置为真空层,所述的钢化玻璃罩的顶部外侧壁设置有出气管,出气管穿过钢化玻璃罩,真空层和加热管使加热管与外界相通,钢化玻璃罩的左侧外壁的底部设置有进水管,进水管穿过钢化玻璃罩,真空层和加热管使加热管与外界相通,进水管的顶部设置有进水阀,钢化玻璃罩的右侧外壁的底部设置有压力表,加热管的底部设置有底座,底座顶面的左侧设置有聚光板,底座内设置有内槽,内槽内设置有伸缩板,伸缩板的右侧壁上设置有小转轴,小转轴上设置有光伏板,所述的底座的底面设置有大转轴,大转轴的底部设置有底盘。
所述的聚光板的右侧面为凹面型。
所述的聚光板与地面的角度为60度。
所述的加热管与地面的角度为60度。
所述的加热管与聚光板相平行。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
实施例1:如图1,图2,图3所示,一种光能产热器,包括加热管1,所述的加热管1的外侧壁设置有一层吸热涂层2,加热管1外设置有一层钢化玻璃罩3,所述的钢化玻璃罩3与加热管1之间设置为真空层4,所述的钢化玻璃罩3的顶部外侧壁设置有出气管5,出气管5穿过钢化玻璃罩3,真空层4和加热管1使加热管1与外界相通,钢化玻璃罩3的左侧外壁的底部设置有进水管6,进水管6穿过钢化玻璃罩3,真空层4和加热管1使加热管1与外界相通,进水管6的顶部设置有进水阀7,钢化玻璃罩3的右侧外壁的底部设置有压力表8,加热管1的底部设置有底座9,底座9顶面的左侧设置有聚光板10,底座9内设置有内槽13,内槽13内设置有伸缩板14,伸缩板14的右侧壁上设置有小转轴15,小转轴15上设置有光伏板16,所述的底座9的底面设置有大转轴11,大转轴11的底部设置有底盘12。
所述的聚光板10的右侧面为凹面型。
所述的聚光板10与地面的角度为60度。
所述的加热管1与地面的角度为60度。
所述的加热管1与聚光板10相平行。
使用时,通过进水管往加热管内注入四分之三的水量,使加热管的右侧外壁朝向太阳,聚光板右侧面的凹面将阳光聚集并折射在加热管的左侧外壁上,吸热涂层吸收阳光的热能,真空层可最大限度防止加热管内的热能流失,加热后的水蒸气通过出气管被输送出去,压力表可监测加热管内的压力值,白天将底座内的光伏板从内槽内拉出,使伸缩板固定在内槽内,通过小转轴,将光伏板斜着放在底面上,光伏板将通过阳光产生电力,当夜晚或光能产热器闲置时,可将光伏板推送回内槽内,如此不仅节约空间,还能保护光伏板不被损坏,通过大转轴转动底座,以此根据太阳的方位调整加热管的朝向,底盘可将光能产热器稳稳地放在地面上。
本实用新型构造简单,使用方便,体积小巧,能够将光能转换成热能,为工业和家用均能提供洁净环保的热能,节约了不可再生能源的消耗,可随时间调节朝阳面的朝向,将光能的利用率达到最大化。

1.一种光能产热器,包括加热管,其特征在于:所述的加热管的外侧壁设置有一层吸热涂层,加热管外设置有一层钢化玻璃罩,所述的钢化玻璃罩与加热管之间设置为真空层,所述的钢化玻璃罩的顶部外侧壁设置有出气管,出气管穿过钢化玻璃罩,真空层和加热管使加热管与外界相通,钢化玻璃罩的左侧外壁的底部设置有进水管,进水管穿过钢化玻璃罩,真空层和加热管使加热管与外界相通,进水管的顶部设置有进水阀,钢化玻璃罩的右侧外壁的底部设置有压力表,加热管的底部设置有底座,底座顶面的左侧设置有聚光板,底座内设置有内槽,内槽内设置有伸缩板,伸缩板的右侧壁上设置有小转轴,小转轴上设置有光伏板,所述的底座的底面设置有大转轴,大转轴的底部设置有底盘。
