技术领域
本实用新型属于个人防护用品领域,具体涉及一种鞋套。
背景技术
鞋套广泛用于医院诊所、居家生活、农业养殖、户外活动等领域,因此具有较大的市场需求;根据鞋套的材质和用途,可以分为无纺布鞋套、CPE鞋套、布鞋套、防静电鞋套、绒布鞋套、防雨鞋套、防滑鞋套等。目前,市场上的鞋套基本上是人工车缝的,通过需要经过裁片、车缝、整理和包装等工序,要消耗大量人力成本,生产效率低。当然,也有小部分鞋套是由自动化设备制作的,然而由其制作的鞋套虽然成本大幅下降,但是鞋套存在不少缺陷:鞋套不束脚,容易脱落;鞋头开口位置易被撕裂;鞋头和鞋后跟面料冗余,容易被踩到导致摔跤。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供了一种鞋套。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种鞋套,它包括:
鞋套帮,所述鞋套帮顶部开设有鞋套口;所述鞋套口设有第一弹性圈;
鞋套底,所述鞋套底与所述鞋套帮底部相连;所述鞋套帮靠近所述鞋套底处设有第二弹性圈。
优化地,所述鞋套口具有与所述鞋套帮相对应的前封合处和后封合处,所述前封合处和所述后封合处具有加固结构。
优化地,所述鞋套底底部设有多道防滑条。
优化地,它由面料对折后封合而成。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型优选实施方案进行详细说明:
以下关于方向的定义中,均是按照鞋套套设在脚上,使用者所观察到的方向予以定义的。
如图1和图2所示的鞋套,它主要包括鞋套帮1和鞋套底2。
其中,鞋套帮1顶部开设有鞋套口3,这样经鞋套口3可以将整个鞋套套设在鞋子或者脚上。鞋套口3设有第一弹性圈6,起到收缩的作用,防止鞋套脱落;封合时面料9边缘内折5~20mm(如图5所示),利用超声波(或者其它方式)封合,从而可以在鞋套口3处形成用于放置第一弹性圈6的容置空间。鞋套底2与鞋套帮1底部相连,并且在鞋套帮1靠近鞋套底2处设有第二弹性圈8。第二弹性圈8,如图6所示,可用条状面料15通过超声波(或者其它方式)与面料9封合一起形成容置空间,用于放置第二弹性圈8,使得第二弹性圈8位于鞋套帮1下部和鞋套底2上部之间,这样能够利用第二弹性圈8将鞋套帮1和鞋套底2勒在脚上或者鞋上,一方面能够防止鞋套脱落,另一方面也有利于鞋套帮和鞋套底贴合在脚上或者鞋上。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,鞋套帮1和鞋套底2可以是一体的,即它们是由同一块面料9(它由非粘性高摩擦系数高分子材料和无纺布复合而成,或者为无纺布,或者为塑料薄膜,具体可参考中国发明专利,申请号为201510305749.1)对折后封合两边而成,对折线14为中线,这样可以简化鞋套的制作流程,极大地提高鞋套的自动化生产程度,从而利用自动化设备进行制作加工,提高生产效率。封合线13可以为直线或弧形,为了使鞋套更合脚,避免被踩到而摔跤,至少鞋套帮1前部以及鞋套底2前部和后部呈弧形(当然鞋套帮1后部也可以呈弧形),从而去除鞋套帮1和鞋套底2上冗余的面料。
封合后形成的鞋套在与鞋套口3相对应处形成前封合处4和后封合处5,为了进一步增加鞋套口3上前封合处4和后封合处5的封合强度,可以对其进行加固设计,使其具有相应的加固结构,避免鞋套在穿着过程中,因开口牢度差被扯破。如图4所示,加固设计的方式有多种:(1)如图4(a)在前封合处4前方(或后方,具体根据实际需要确定)加一道车缝线10;(2)如图4(b)采用与鞋套相同材料的块状面料11,对折包覆在一起封合;(3)如图4(c),在原面料9上增加封合面积12;这三种加固方式可单独使用,也可相互组合使用。
在本实施例中,鞋套还包括设置于鞋套底2底部的多道防滑条7(如图3所示),它们由鞋套底2的中部向其外部依次分布,每道防滑条7呈圈状,由非粘性高摩擦系数高分子材料制成(具体可参考中国发明专利,申请号为201510305749.1),具有很好的防滑性能。当然,防滑条7也可以根据需要设置成条状、点状、S状或者其它形状,它可以由非粘性高摩擦系数高分子材料制成。

Claims (10)
1.一种鞋套,它包括:
鞋套帮(1),所述鞋套帮(1)顶部开设有鞋套口(3);所述鞋套口(3)设有第一弹性圈(6);
鞋套底(2),所述鞋套底(2)与所述鞋套帮(1)底部相连;其特征在于:所述鞋套帮(1)靠近所述鞋套底(2)处设有第二弹性圈(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述鞋套口(3)具有与所述鞋套帮(1)相对应的前封合处(4)和后封合处(5),所述前封合处(4)和所述后封合处(5)具有加固结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述鞋套底(2)底部设有多道防滑条(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:它由面料(9)对折后封合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:至少所述鞋套帮(1)前部呈弧形,所述鞋套底(2)前部和后部也呈弧形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述第二弹性圈(8)与所述鞋套底(2)底部的间距为5~25毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述鞋套为自动化设备制作而成。
8.根据权利要求2所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述加固结构为在所述前封合处(4)或所述后封合处(5)的前方或后方增加的车缝线(10);或者为与其封合在一起的对折块状面料(11);或者为面料(9)的增加的封合面积(12)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述防滑条(7)呈条状、圈状、点状或S状,它由非粘性高摩擦系数高分子材料制成。
10.根据权利要求4所述的鞋套,其特征在于:所述鞋套面料(9)由非粘性高摩擦系数高分子材料和无纺布复合而成,或者为无纺布和塑料薄膜中的一种制成。
