[0002] 机械设备是现代企业的主要生产工具,也是企业现代化水平的重要标志。随着市场经济体制的建立和现代化设备的广泛应用,一切不适应于发展需要的管理方式都在发生着根本的变革。在现代企业制度下,选择什么样的设备管理方式,己经成为了一个重要的决策问题。

[0004] 现代设备管理是以设备为研究对象,以提高设备综合效率、追求寿命周期费用经济性,实现企业生产经营目标为目的,运用现代科学技术、管理理论和管理方法,对设备寿命周期的全过程,从技术、经济、管理等方面进行综合研究和管理的一系列活动。
[0005] 从技术侧面看:设备的维修是从“物”,的角度控制管理活动。从经济侧面看:是从“费用”角度控制管理活动,其要点是设备寿命周期经济费用的评价。
[0006] 设备的维护方式经历了 3个阶段:1)事后维护方式(CorrectiveMaintenance) ;2)定期维护方式(Preventive Maintenance) ;3)基于状态的维护方式(Condit1n-BasedLaintenance, CBM)。基于状态的维护是一种全新的设备维护模式,它是以设备实际运行状态为维护基础的预防性维修方式,其核心思想是在有证据表明(即监测和分析预测结果)故障将要发生时才对设备进行维护,即这种维护方式是根据状态监测(或称状态预测)和诊断分析的结果(预知),并结合设备运行的实际状况来确定检修时间。相对于前两种方式,这种方式可以节省人力、物力和财力,减少不必要的消耗,延长设备运行周期、提尚生广率。
[0007] 由于当前现代信息技术的发展,各种传感器可配合互联网、移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据的综合应用,大大支持了设备的预测维修。
[0008] 无缝钢管生产线工艺流程见图1,其中穿孔、乳管、微张力减径和矫直吹灰四个工序为重点工序,对重点工序设备采用预测维修将提高无缝钢管生产线运行安全,实现生产智能化。
发明内容
[0009] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,对无缝钢管生产线中穿孔、乳管、微张力减径和矫直吹灰工序提供一种无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统。

[0018] 1、采用“电量计量装置”,实时检测穿孔机、乳管机和矫直机等电机的电压,电流,有功、无功功率,视在功率,功率因数、频率,环境温度,时间等参数,通过近程、远程、有线和无线数据通讯,从电机的电流可看出电机的工作状态。
[0019] 2、采用“433M测温和测振动无线传感器”,对电机的温度和减速机郁振动进行实时监测,其件传感器体积小,功耗低,价格低。采用螺钉或磁铁固定,安装灵话,连线极少。这是设备在线监测的理想方法。
[0020] 3、采用“ZigBee油质监测无线发送器”,对润滑油的油质进行实时监测,这也是设备在线监测的理想方法。
[0021] 4、本发明采用了自行设计的“数据转发器”,这是一项物联网技术创新转发器”,外部采用433M和ZigBee无线,内部采用Prof ibus_DP现场总线有线传递数据,实现了有线和无线“网络化”功能;
[0022] 5、通过,“数据转发器”的GPRS远程无线收发器传至互联网的指定IP地址,即构成了物联网中的数据,可供更多外部相关部门远程共享使用,这是一项物联网技术创新。

1.无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统,其特征在于,包括无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测应用系统,无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测系统信息平台,无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测数据采集系统,无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测数据采集系统与无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测应用系统、无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测系统信息平台通讯连接; 所述无缝钢管生产线设备物联网智能预测数据采集系统,包括电量计量装置、433M测温装置、433M测振装置及ZigBee油质监测装置,穿孔机、乳管机、减径装置及矫直机的电机连接电量计量装置和433M测温装置,减速机连接433M测温装置、433M测振装置及ZigBee油质监测装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统,其特征在于,所述的电量计量装置、433M测温装置及433M测振装置通过433发送器与数据转发器通讯连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统,其特征在于,所述的ZigBee油质监测装置通过ZigBee油质监测无线发送器与数据转发器通讯连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统,其特征在于,所述的数据转发器包括控制器,控制器连接433接收器、ZigBee接收器及GPRS无线收发器,控制器通过电力光纤局域网采用Profibus-DP和Modbus协议与穿孔机、乳管机、减径装置及矫直机连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的无缝钢管生产重点设备物联网维修预测系统,其特征在于,所述的ZigBee油质监测无线发送器包括嵌入式微电脑,嵌入式微电脑连接ZigBee发送器、电源、IXD显示屏,嵌入式微电脑设有RS-485接口和USB接口,设置在油箱内的油质传感器与嵌入式微电脑的RS-485接口连接。
