Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种3D显示屏结构,包括由上玻璃和下玻璃贴合成的LCD,在所述上玻璃的上表面贴有上偏光片,在所述下玻璃的下表面贴有下偏光片,在所述下偏光片的下表面通过OCA胶贴有3D膜,在所述3D膜的下表面贴有单APF片。本实用新型把普通3D显示屏中带有APF的下偏光片改成下偏光加单APF片的组合,将3D膜贴于下偏光片和单APF片之间,从而使得显示屏的3D功能更加逼真、立体。

一种3D显示屏结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是一种3D显示屏结构。
背景技术
裸眼3D显示屏是利用人两眼具有视差的特性,在不需要任何辅助设备(如3D眼镜,头盔等)的情况下,即可获得具有空间、深度的逼真立体形象的显示系统。裸眼3D显示屏以其真实生动的表现力,优美高压的环境感染力,强烈震撼的视觉冲击力,深受广大消费者的青睐。
现有普通3D显示屏的结构主要有以下两种。
第一种结构如图1所示,包括由上玻璃1-2和下玻璃1-3贴合成的LCD,在上玻璃1-2的上表面贴一片上偏光片1-1,在下玻璃1-3的下表面贴一片带有APF的下偏光片1-4,然后在带有APF的下偏光片1-4的下表面通过OCA胶1-5贴一片3D膜1-6。
第二种结构如图2所示,包括由上玻璃2-2和下玻璃2-3贴合成的LCD,在上玻璃2-2的上表面贴一片上偏光片2-1,在下玻璃2-3的下表面通过OCA胶2-4贴一片3D膜2-5,然后在3D膜2-5的下表面贴一片带有APF的下偏光片2-6。
上述两种普通3D显示屏结构中由于下偏光片和APF都是合在一起,不管3D膜贴下偏光片的在哪一面,显示效果都不是很好。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,申请人经过研究改进,现提供一种与现有普通3D显示屏相比,显示效果更加逼真、立体的3D显示屏结构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种3D显示屏结构,包括由上玻璃和下玻璃贴合成的LCD,在所述上玻璃的上表面贴有上偏光片,在所述下玻璃的下表面贴有下偏光片,在所述下偏光片的下表面通过OCA胶贴有3D膜,在所述3D膜的下表面贴有单APF片。
其进一步的技术方案为:在所述下偏光片的下表面通过OCA胶贴有3D膜。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:
本实用新型在普通3D显示屏的基础上,改变贴附3D膜的位置,将3D膜贴于下偏光片和单APF片之间,从而使得本实用新型的3D显示屏和其他3D显示屏相比,所具有的3D功能更加逼真、立体。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
如图3所示,本实用新型一个包括由上玻璃3-2和下玻璃3-3贴合成的LCD,在LCD的上玻璃3-2的上表面先贴一片上偏光片3-1,同时在LCD的下玻璃3-3的下表面贴一片下偏光片3-4,然后通过OCA胶3-5在下偏光片3-4的下表面贴一片3D膜3-6,然后再在3D膜3-6的下表面贴一片单APF片3-7。
和普通3D显示屏相比,本实用新型把原先带有APF的下偏光片改成一片下偏光片加一片单APF片的组合,在两者之间增加一片3D膜,使得显示屏更逼真立体。
注:APF(AdvancedPolarizerFilm)是一种多层膜反射式偏光片,通常和吸收式偏光片贴合在一起,然后贴在液晶显示器的玻璃上,可使液晶显示器的背光利用率提高30%以上。

1.一种3D显示屏结构,其特征在于:包括由上玻璃(3-2)和下玻璃(3-3)贴合成的LCD,在所述上玻璃(3-2)的上表面贴有上偏光片(3-1),在所述下玻璃(3-3)的下表面贴有下偏光片(3-4),在所述下偏光片(3-4)的下表面贴有3D膜(3-6),在所述3D膜(3-6)的下表面贴有单APF片(3-7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D显示屏结构,其特征在于:在所述下偏光片(3-4)的下表面通过OCA胶(3-5)贴有3D膜(3-6)。
