本实用新型公开了一种胶合板材片烘干装置，包括向前开口的烘干机箱体，箱体内自上至下设置有多层间隔分布的托板，托板滑动安装在箱体内侧壁上的滑槽内，托板中心转动安装有与滑槽相平行的转轴，转轴的前端设置有隔热手柄，转轴的末端固定安装有限位板，限位板在闲置时放置在托板末端的放置槽内，放置槽与所述的转轴轴孔相连通。本实用新型通过转轴、放置槽、转动手柄及导向槽等相互配合使用，可以有效提高板材片放置的统一位置，也可以对烘干后的板材片进行取出操作，提高加工的效率和质量。

本实用新型涉及胶合板加工设备，尤其涉及一种胶合板材片烘干装置。
背景技术：
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木，再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料，通常用奇数层单板，并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。
在胶合板的制造过程中，对涂胶后的胶合板材片先进行烘干，然后进行预压操作，原先的烘干装置存在缺陷，需要烘干的板材片容易伸入到烘干机箱体的最内侧，板材片很薄容易卷曲，对产品质量带来不良影响。

为了弥补现有技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶合板材片烘干装置，可以有效提高板材片放置的统一位置，也可以对烘干后的板材片进行取出操作，提高加工的效率和质量。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
胶合板材片烘干装置，包括向前开口的烘干机箱体，其特征在于：所述的箱体内自上至下设置有多层间隔分布的托板，托板滑动安装在箱体内侧壁上的滑槽内，所述的托板中心转动安装有与滑槽相平行的转轴，转轴的前端设置有隔热手柄，转轴的末端固定安装有限位板，限位板在闲置时放置在托板末端的放置槽内，放置槽与所述的转轴轴孔相连通。
所述的胶合板材片烘干装置，其特征在于：所述的托板的上下表面涂覆有耐火涂层，转轴两侧的托板上均匀布置有气流孔。

胶合板材片烘干装置，包括向前开口的烘干机箱体1，箱体1内自上至下设置有多层间隔分布的托板2，托板2滑动安装在箱体内侧壁上的滑槽3内，托板中心转动安装有与滑槽相平行的转轴4，转轴4的前端设置有隔热手柄5，转轴4的末端固定安装有限位板6，限位板6在闲置时放置在托板末端的放置槽7内，放置槽7与转轴轴孔相连通，在放置板材片时，将限位板6纵向竖起，限制板材片放置到同一深度位置，板材片不易出现卷曲现象。
托板2的上下表面涂覆有耐火涂层8，转轴两侧的托板2上均匀布置有气流孔9，提高烘干效率。
放置槽7中部还设有与其联通的导向槽10，可以在烘干完成时将板材片取出托板一段距离。

1.一种胶合板材片烘干装置，包括向前开口的烘干机箱体，其特征在于：所述的箱体内自上至下设置有多层间隔分布的托板，托板滑动安装在箱体内侧壁上的滑槽内，所述的托板中心转动安装有与滑槽相平行的转轴，转轴的前端设置有隔热手柄，转轴的末端固定安装有限位板，限位板在闲置时放置在托板末端的放置槽内，放置槽与所述的转轴轴孔相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶合板材片烘干装置，其特征在于：所述的托板的上下表面涂覆有耐火涂层，转轴两侧的托板上均匀布置有气流孔。
