本实用新型涉及一种悬挂式称重装置。
背景技术
现有的檫窗机称重装置一般都是采用直接的弹簧承载式结构，存在称重调整不便，称重调整精度低的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种悬挂式称重装置。
本实用新型要解决的是现有檫窗机称重装置存在称重调整不便，调整精度低的问题。
为实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：它包括吊架，所述的吊架下方设有悬挂式称重装置，所述的悬挂式称重装置包括摆动架、称重挂轴、摆动架支轴、弹簧、限位开关和调节螺栓；所述的摆动架左端通过摆动架支轴设于所述的吊架左侧下方，所述的弹簧直立于吊架右侧的弹簧座边侧，所述的摆动架右端设于弹簧的上部，所述的限位开关设于所述的弹簧座内，所述的称重挂轴设于摆动架下部。
所述的弹簧底部设有弹簧顶座，弹簧顶座上顶有调节螺栓；弹簧顶座设于弹簧座内。所述的吊架上设有第一销轴、第二销轴，第一销轴的端部设有第一垫片和第一开口销，第二销轴的端部设有第二垫片和第二开口销。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型通过吊架安装在檫窗机的臂头，根据称重挂轴挂点与摆动架支轴的支点的相对位置调节，可以调整合适的弹簧力，从而更容易满足称重调整的精度。本实用新型还通过调整调节螺栓，来实现额定载荷不同的调节。当超过额定载荷时会触发限位开关，从而起到断电保护作用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示，本实用新型包括吊架3，所述的吊架3下方设有悬挂式称重装置。所述的悬挂式称重装置包括摆动架14、称重挂轴15、摆动架支轴8、弹簧10、限位开关11和调节螺栓13；所述的摆动架14左端通过摆动架支轴8设于所述的吊架3左侧下方。所述的弹簧10直立于吊架3右侧的弹簧座9内。所述的摆动架14右端设于弹簧10的上部。所述的限位开关11设于所述的弹簧座9边侧。所述的称重挂轴15设于摆动架14下部。
所述的弹簧10底部设有弹簧顶座12，弹簧顶座12上顶有调节螺栓13；弹簧顶座12设于弹簧座9内。所述的吊架3上设有第一销轴1、第二销轴5，第一销轴1的端部设有第一垫片3和第一开口销4，第二销轴5的端部设有第二垫片6和第二开口销7。

1.一种悬挂式称重装置，包括吊架，其特征在于所述的吊架下方设有悬挂式称重装置，所述的悬挂式称重装置包括摆动架、称重挂轴、摆动架支轴、弹簧、限位开关和调节螺栓；所述的摆动架左端通过摆动架支轴设于所述的吊架左侧下方，所述的弹簧直立于吊架右侧的弹簧座内，所述的摆动架右端设于弹簧的上部，所述的限位开关设于所述的弹簧边侧，所述的称重挂轴设于摆动架下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种悬挂式称重装置，其特征在于所述的弹簧底部设有弹簧顶座，弹簧顶座上顶有调节螺栓；弹簧顶座设于弹簧座内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种悬挂式称重装置，其特征在于所述的吊架上设有第一销轴、第二销轴，第一销轴的端部设有第一垫片和第一开口销，第二销轴的端部设有第二垫片和第二开口销。
