为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:一种方形锂电池卷绕机贴胶装置,包括同步马达、同步轮、同步带、贴胶滚轮和贴胶气缸,所述同步马达、同步轮、同步带、贴胶滚轮均设于贴胶气缸上,所述贴胶滚轮与同步轮相连,所述同步马达通过同步带与同步轮相连。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本装置解决了贴胶滚轮上行过程自动旋转跑位的问题。原结构没有同步带、同步轮,而是靠同步马达通过一个磨擦轮传动给贴胶滚轮,贴胶滚轮在下端定好位之后,与磨擦轮分离上行,常出现贴胶滚轮自动旋转跑位。本结构就避免了这个问题。
