本实用新型涉及一种铝电解槽,特别是涉及一种阳极结构。
背景技术
碳素阳极(也叫石墨阳极),在电解时,阳极碳被氧化而消耗,浪费大量的优质焦炭、石油焦。目前,在原铝生产费用中,预焙阳极占15~20%。
预焙阳极的消耗除了电解消耗(按理论计算,生产1吨铝需消耗预焙阳极333~370公斤)之外,还有额外的消耗(目前国内阳极净耗,1吨铝需消耗预焙阳极450~480公斤;炭阳极的额外消耗,有很大部分是被空气和CO2气体氧化和因炭阳极的选择氧化而导致掉粒造成的。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:针对阳极氧化损耗的问题,提供了一种阳极防护结构。
本实用新型技术方案:
一种铝电解槽阳极防护结构,包括槽体、阴极和阳极,阳极外设有罩体,罩体将阳极的上面和四周包覆,并在顶部开孔,阳极母线通过此孔穿出;罩体安装在盖板下方,盖板两端搭设在槽体上。
罩体一侧设有套筒,另一侧安装有螺杆,套筒套在盖板下方设置的导杆上,螺杆穿过盖板和上方的螺母配合。
本实用新型有益效果:
通过罩体将阳极保护住,可减少阳极与空气和CO2的接触,从而减少了阳极氧化。罩体的安装高度可以通过螺母调整,以适应不同的液面高度。

具体实施方式:
如图,在阳极3外设有罩体4,罩体4将阳极3的上面和四周包覆,并在顶部开孔,阳极母线通过此孔穿出。罩体4安装在盖板5下方,罩体4一侧设有套筒7,另一侧安装有螺杆9,本实施例中两个罩体4共用一个螺杆9,两个罩体4之间用连接块8连接,螺杆9下端焊接在连接块8上。套筒7套在盖板5下方设置的导杆6上,螺杆9穿过盖板5和上方的螺母配合,可以通过螺母10调整罩体4的高度,使罩体4的下沿能够浸泡在电解质层中。

1.一种铝电解槽阳极防护结构,包括槽体(1)、阴极(2)和阳极(3),其特征在于:阳极(3)外设有罩体(4),罩体(4)将阳极(3)的上面和四周包覆,并在顶部开孔,阳极母线通过此孔穿出;罩体(4)安装在盖板(5)下方,盖板(5)两端搭设在槽体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝电解槽阳极防护结构,其特征在于:罩体(4)一侧设有套筒(7),另一侧安装有螺杆(9),套筒(7)套在盖板(5)下方设置的导杆(6)上,螺杆(9)穿过盖板(5)和上方的螺母(10)配合。
