现有的圆木加工机器，主要是采用车床加工方式，车床加工需要专门的夹具、顶具，将木材两端夹紧，旋转，用刀具在旋转木材表面进行切削，操作极为不便，而且木材比较承重，加工过程中上料困难，工作效率低，工作人员劳动强度大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型提出了一种圆木扒皮装置，采用本实用新型可以使得圆木在进行加工时上料更加轻松，提高了工作效率，节约了劳动力。
本实用新型主要采用以下技术方案：一种圆木扒皮装置，包括扒皮机构，该装置还包括上料输送装置和工作台；上料输送装置与工作台相连，工作台与扒皮机构相连；所述的工作台上两端分别设有托辊，工作台中部设有托盘。
对圆木进行加工时，圆木首先通过上料输送装置输送至工作台的托辊上，工作人员可以推动圆木，沿工作台进行调整，使其能够恰好进入后续的扒皮机构。由于托辊可以转动，减少了圆木与工作台的摩擦力，大大减轻了工作人员在调整木头时的用力。当圆木被调整至合适位置时，工作台中部的托盘便会将圆木顶起，使其进入扒皮机构。托盘可以采用本领域常用的作用方式顶起，例如采用液压油缸托盘顶起。
所述的扒皮机构下方设有废料输送带，旋切下的树皮、孔洞皮子及碎木料通过废料输送带直接输送至室外，用于生物燃料压制。
进一步的，所述的托辊之间的中心线与扒皮机构的中心线重合，进而保证了圆木进入扒皮机构时，圆木的中心能够与扒皮机构中心重合，增强扒皮效果。
所述的托盘为油缸式托盘。
所述的托盘为内凹型托盘，可以很好的与圆木形状吻合，保证圆木采用托辊进行调整时滚动，掉落。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单，大大提高了圆木进料时的工作效率，节约了劳动力，可以广泛推广和使用。
