电源驱动是LED灯具的关键构成部件,LED灯具电源驱动在成品入库前检测至关重要。行业对LED灯具恒流电源驱动的测试为抽检,测试时与LED灯具等配件一起组成LED灯具成品进行检测,测试效率低,测试不全面,易存在质量不良。

本实用新型的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种LED恒流电源驱动测试工装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种LED恒流电源驱动测试工装,包括绝缘插头、测试台、顶针、正负极接头、开关、负载灯具、可调负载电阻,所述绝缘插头通过电线接入测试台内部,所述测试台内部电线经过开关与顶针连接,所述负载灯具安装在测试台台面上,所述正负极接头安装在测试台一平面上,所述正负极接头与负载灯具相连;所述可调负载电阻与负载灯具串联,且电阻调节旋钮安装在测试台上。测试时LED恒流电源驱动输入端与顶针相连,输出端与正负极接头相连,闭合开关,调节可调负载电阻阻值,判断负载灯具亮灭明暗,对该系列恒流驱动进行功能测试。
本实用新型有如下优点:本实用新型测试台采用电木制作而成,绝缘安全;专用工装测试,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,一种LED恒流电源驱动测试工装,包括绝缘插头1、测试台2、顶针3、正负极接头4、开关5、负载灯具6、可调负载电阻7,所述绝缘插头1通过电线接入测试台2内部,所述测试台2内部电线经过开关5与顶针3连接,所述负载灯具6安装在测试台2台面上,所述正负极接头4安装在测试台2一平面上,所述正负极接头4与负载灯具6相连;所述可调负载电阻7与负载灯具6串联,且调节旋钮安装在测试台2上。测试时LED恒流电源驱动输入端与顶针3相连,输出端与正负极接头4相连,闭合开关5,调节可调负载电阻7阻值,判断负载灯具6亮灭明暗,对该系列恒流驱动进行功能测试。

1.一种LED恒流电源驱动测试工装,其特征在于:包括绝缘插头、测试台、顶针、正负极接头、开关、负载灯具、可调负载电阻,所述绝缘插头通过电线接入测试台内部,所述测试台内部电线经过开关与顶针连接,所述负载灯具安装在测试台台面上,所述正负极接头与负载灯具相连;所述可调负载电阻与负载灯具串联,且调节旋钮安装在测试台上。
