背景技术
根据国家“十二五”电力发展规划，2010年中国发电装机容量将达到6亿KW，其中火电装机容量将达到4.7-5.0亿KW，意味着2010-2015年，每年新增火电装机容量将达3000万KW。如何提高电站阀门的使用效果，降低生产加工成本也再一次的被提出。而现有截止阀存在结构复杂，重量沉重，泄漏多的情况。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型的提供了一种无阀盖式的截止阀。
本实用新型采用的技术解决方案是：一种无阀盖式的截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀杆以及阀瓣，所述的阀杆上连接有手轮，所述的阀体上还设有支架，所述的阀体与阀杆之间设有填料，所述的填料包括成型石墨环，所述的阀体内与填料的连接处设有台阶，所述的台阶上设有防止成型石墨环掉入阀体内的金属填料垫和碳纤维填料，所述的碳纤维填料位于金属填料垫的上方。
所述的填料上方还设有填料压套，所述的填料压套穿过阀杆压在填料处，所述的填料压套上还设有填料压板。
所述的支架与阀体通过螺纹连接，所述的支架与阀体之间还设有防止支架松动的卡环与紧固螺栓。
所述的填料压板与支架之间还设有活节螺栓，所述的填料压板通过活节螺栓固定在支架上。
所述的阀瓣上设有安装槽，所述的阀杆前端设有安装件，所述的安装件固定在安装槽内，所述的阀杆与阀瓣通过安装件和安装槽连接。
所述的阀瓣与阀座之间堆焊硬质合金密封。

现结合图1对本实用新型进行进一步说明，一种无阀盖式的截止阀，包括阀体1、阀座2、阀杆3以及阀瓣4，所述的阀杆3上连接有手轮5，所述的阀体1上还设有支架11，所述的阀体1与阀杆3之间设有填料，所述的填料包括成型石墨环6，所述的阀体1内与填料的连接处设有台阶12，所述的台阶12上设有防止成型石墨环6掉入阀体1内的金属填料垫7和碳纤维填料8，所述的碳纤维填料8位于金属填料垫7的上方。所述的填料上方还设有填料压套13，所述的填料压套13穿过阀杆3压在填料处，所述的填料压套13上还设有填料压板14。所述的填料压板14与支架11之间还设有活节螺栓17，所述的填料压板14通过活节螺栓17固定在支架11上。通过活节螺栓17压在填料压板14上，提供填料压套13处密封力，，通过在阀体1上加工出一个台阶12，放入金属填料垫7和碳纤维填料8，防止成型石墨环粉末6调入阀体1内。
所述的支架11与阀体1通过螺纹连接，所述的支架11与阀体1之间还设有防止支架11松动的卡环15与紧固螺栓16。本实用新型在支架11与阀体1采用螺纹连接，并用卡环15和紧固螺钉16防止支架松动。
所述的阀瓣4上设有安装槽41，所述的阀杆3前端设有安装件31，所述的安装件31固定在安装槽41内，所述的阀杆3与阀瓣4通过安装件31和安装槽41连接。
所述的阀瓣4与阀座2之间堆焊硬质合金密封。，保证密封效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无阀盖式的截止阀，其特征在于，所述的填料上方还设有填料压套（13），所述的填料压套（13）穿过阀杆（3）压在填料处，所述的填料压套（13）上还设有填料压板（14）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无阀盖式的截止阀，其特征在于，所述的支架（11）与阀体（1）通过螺纹连接，所述的支架（11）与阀体（1）之间还设有防止支架（11）松动的卡环（15）与紧固螺栓（16）。
